“After 2 visits from another AC company coming out to tell me my unit needed to be replaced I was referred to Nice and Cool. Eli came out the same day just to tell me the prior company who came out purposely disconnected the one wire that would make my unit fail... 5 seconds after Eli's inspection he reconnected the wire the and the condenser immediately started working. He also didn't charge me his fee to come out because it was such a simple fix and he was in the area working on another home. When the AC finally does die it will be Eli I call to replace it. He listened to my issue and rudimentary troubleshooting and made a recommendation. I don’t know if I will be able to get the part or will need to replace the whole unit but nonetheless based on the customer service, I’m satisfied and have a plan of action.
