great experience, had 2 fridges at my house have issues at the same time. Profix team came out right away, investigated and diagnosed the issue, and came back promptly to make the repairs thereafter. Were very honest too, adjusted my price when the job ended up being less than the initial estimate. A+++ experience, can't imagine ever using anyone else for appliance repairs now.
