“5 stars for Vanessa as a groomer! Specifically for having the patience and strength to handle trimming the nails of my energetic pit/lab mix. One of the rookie groomers turned him down, but Vanessa stepped up and became my go-to for nail trim appointments“

“I would give them 100 stars if I could! It was a painful decision to put our first baby to sleep. It was hard for us and my toddler. But they were great from the beginning. While other company pushing me to commit the appointment when I was struggling what's the best for my cat. Restful paws was being so kind with they soft tones and told me it's ok to cancel on the day of if I can't let go. I did keep my appointment but it comforts me and release the pressure when they told me I have the option to change my mind on the day It was a super hot day. Doctor was so patience to wait for us saying goodbye to our boy and prepare everything professionally. Even offer something to help my toddler feels better. She gave us space and time to have a proper ceremony for our cat when she was standing there with us under the heat wave. I can't say enough thank you for that. It took me couple months before I can write this review but I'm grateful for their help and I highly recommend them. Thank you again to help our sweet boy passing smoothly and peacefully“

“We took our dog here for a concerning growth after becoming disillusioned with our prior vet in Oakland. Apparently many vet practices in the area have been taken over by VCA. Once that happens, the prices go up and the service declines. Unlike our prior vet clinic, Theater View offers highly personalized and caring service. They are super/ responsive to our questions and concerns. Dr Langford took excellent care of our dog, communicated with us along the way, and involved us appropriately in decision-making. I can't say enough accolades of this wonderfully homey yet highly professional veterinary practice.“

“I've been bringing my high-energy pup here for a couple years, and they have been great to him at every visit. The vet techs are always welcoming and attentive, and I appreciate that Dr. Wood takes the time to perform thorough evaluations and to answer any and all of my questions. She has also been quick to point out concerns that could develop into serious health issues in the future and does a great job of talking through preventative options. I have also had to bring in my dog for a mild emergency visit, and everybody there helped have him seen as quickly as possible, and they were very reassuring during each step. That being said, this place is NOT cheap, but I absolutely recommend them for their top-notch, quality care and services.“

“The team cares so much about the pets they help. They put pets first, and level with pet parents about risks and challenges ahead for any procedure or illness. They help problem solve and they don't rush you through your appointment or follow-up calls with questions. It can take time to see them from when you call for an appointment, but their excellent service is well worth it.“

“BCPH has always been so good to us.They respect appointments and run on time, they’ve taken us last minute for emergencies before, they communicate well, their billing practices are fair. They’ve always been a pleasure.My only thing to note is that in going to them for 2 years, we never once met a vet in person. I’m not sure if it’s a covid policy that was prolonged, but they do not allow people into exam rooms and the vet calls you to discuss results. This never bothered us because we didn’t have any serious issues of concern but I can see why other patients may seek a more in-person interaction.“

“Alright, here is where I rescind the previous review; Broadway Pet redeemed themselves when the abscess would not abate and she needed to be seen again. They took her right away, luck of the draw perhaps, but no emergency appt. fee, the vet, Dr. Schultz met with me, did a thorough checkup and explained the rule-outs and plan of action for it. My concern was for the necessity of lab work recommended to change antibiotics, a condition that has not been fully detailed to me as needed, and as the cost of labs are the insane part of the bill (340), I challenged that part of the estimate, and they withdrew it and gave me a different antibiotic straight up. They also waived the second abscess draining fee, that was stellar, and their overall care, concern and management of me and my cat was so much better - like the old days. They ended up doing TWO drainings, and guess what? Found a foxtail in the second one, which they gave to me to show me. That's good service. Second bill was 125, Yes. They did right by me. i remain loyal, as they demonstrated their commitment wholeheartedly. They are good.“

We have one dog and two cats. Cats can be difficult to handle, but Dr. G was truly a professional. I've been to many other clinics that scruff my cats without giving them a chance to behave. “Best pet hospital we've been to! I always feel like not only my 11 yr old pitbull is taken care of, but I am too. My questions are always answered, I always leave knowing exactly what's going on and what I need to do. Dr Orellana is a national treasure and so is the rest of the staff! Quincy and Aliya took great care of my baby when he had to stay all day, they called me w multiple updates. I appreciated that a lot. Amazing staff, great atmosphere!“
