She remembered who I was every time I called back. My slow drain did eventually reveal itself to be a BROKeN drain line with a massive clog. Rafael, the tech that officially diagnosed the problem offered up multiple solutions. He ends up being able to fix it without tearing up my whole house and was done in one day. ❤️“
