I am beyond happy with Scott and Leticia's service! They were able to send out their service guy Mike to help us figure out what was wrong with our filter. We called 3 different companies and no one wanted to come out and help us but Mike came to the rescue! That day he changed our filter because it died on us and he informed me how to clean it and when. He also found out that our vacuum was broken and told me the proper one to get for my above ground pool. He also snapped our pool back due to it not getting the proper filtration causing algae to settle on the bottom. We will be taking full advantage of our pool once it gets hotter outside. Scott and his team are excellent! I am a new pool owner and they took the time to teach me the basics. They were very very honest about my pool situation and why it may not be working properly. It ended up being the best case scenario and gave me a reasonable quote they promise. They help me recommend an automatic pool cleaner as well. At first it was not reaching the other side of the pool and they came back and provided extra hoses for us. I highly recommend if you need honest knowledgeable pool guys!
