Gardner Outdoor and Pool Remodeling

I moved into a house in Mira Mesa that had a ratty old pool and spa that was in serious need of a resurfacing, retiling, new lights and new equipment. After doing a lot of research and fielding several quotes, I was torn between Pebbletech and fiberglass. I decided to go with pebbletech because while it has a lesser warranty, it looks better, feels better on the feet and generally lasts as long as fiberglass anyway. Pebbletech linked me up with Gardner and told me they would give me a good quote, and they did. Gardner did an awesome job refinishing our pool. Their crew was on time, professional and did a great job. Their scheduling time had the different crews in and out quickly and right behind each other so the whole job (demo of the existent finish, a little plumbing and then a new PebbleTek finish) was done in just 5 days. Then start-up of the pool chemistry took about a week and the pool was ready to swim in. Right after demoing the existing finish they found some 'rebound' on our steps. They recommended re-pouring new concrete there before proceeding. We recently had our 25-year old pool and spa refinished by Gardner. We got quotes from 3 different local companies; Gardner was actually in the middle. We are very satisfied with the workmanship, quality of materials and the process that occurred during this remodel. ALL of Gardner's employees on our job were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Several have over 30 years of expertise with Gardner, and their suggestions were quite useful. We were kept notified via text and phone of the timing of events and the various crews were diligent in their leaving the work site tidied up. Thanks to Dave, Scott, Adrian and their entire crew!
