“IAS Builders came to my rescue after water damage to my condo. Trevor was my contact person and the Project Manager for this extensive job. He coordinated all aspects of the project and also helped to work out details with my insurance company to get much needed coverage for all the areas of necessary renovations. Water damage recovery included dry wall, flooring, carpets, painting, counters, cabinets; and the list goes on and on. Trevor coordinated all the teams needed for each kind of repair and also the work with a separate cabinetry co. Each team did their work with expertise, cleanliness, professionalism and kind explanations to me and/or requests for my inspection and approval of any materials or repairs.
