Amazing customer service here. Came in looking for a manager that I was referred here to see and Maria and Jennifer, were amazing and called the manager and got my glasses ordered. I will 💯% be back to this store in Eastvale. I’m gonna be sure to tell all my friends and family to come here
My visit was overall very positive. The ladies were very attentive mind you they reached out to me confirming my appointment i scheduled online and went over my insurance prior to coming in as well. Maria and Jeniffer provided fast and friendly service, the exam was quick, and they took the time to sit with us to go over their deals and my prescription, overall they made me feel very comfortable and heard. Definitely worth driving to Eastvale as the branch in Rancho were not very welcoming nor helpful. Thank you ladies!!!
