I had a fantastic experience at Costco Optometry. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the selection of eyewear was extensive, and the prices were very reasonable. I was able to get a comprehensive eye exam and new glasses all in one convenient location. I highly recommend Costco Optometry for anyone looking for quality eye care at an affordable price
Needs new management. The woman with a buzz cut and her female sidekicks are absolutely horrid. Terrible customer service. She feigns nice, but is a Jeckle and Hyde type of character.She is so weird. I can’t wait till they get new management. I need new glasses each year.The male clerks are professional and great.
We regularly buy from Costco optical for me and my kids . They have best deal in the town in terms of quality of glasses . The only downside is that they have limited number of frames so we will have to stick to that selection . They have multiple times in year some promotions like $60 off on second pair for same person . This will serve as good back up glasses
