“My roofing guy Brian Perez from Bay View Roofing recommended Gr8work Builders after the parade of storms hit earlier in 2023. There was extensive damage to the siding. I had gotten quotes from other places, but no one else made me feel as comfortable as Patrick (the owner) and Cameron.The Gr8work team was incredibly responsive and walked me through various options for the job. In the end, I opted to replace the existing siding of the entire house with long lasting Hardie Board material. We also replaced an aging garage door and redid the deck with Timbertek material.Gr8work is a family run business and the care they put into working with their clients really shows. This was the first time I've done such a large project and Cameron was communicative through every step of the process. “Kavanaugh did an excellent job on my recent Velux skylights installation. They responded rapidly, their quote came in significantly under other contractors who came by to look at my property, and they managed everything from roof repair, drywall, skylights purchase, and painting. They also helped me with understanding how to get a tax credit for the solar-powered install which really reduced the cost as well.Their office manager Alexis was truly a pleasure to work with, she was super responsive with clear communication and helped coordinate all the moving parts according to our needs (baby nap schedules, dogsitter schedules, etc) and got the whole project done in around 1.5 weeks.We absolutely love our new skylights and will be working with Kavanaugh again!“
