We had a major issue with our garage. Garage door was dropping too hard, when closing. Issue started on Friday evening and we had several guests with small kids coming over the weekend. Reached out to Ace on Friday night. Malec showed up on Saturday morning at 7AM to assess the situation. He came back the same day at around 12PM and fixed all the issues. He also installed a broken sensor for free and changed couple of springs. Overall he did a great job. Highly recommend their service and Malec in particular.

Roberto and his team are an absolute pleasure to work with. We needed complete interior painting of an old home we purchased on a short timeline before we moved in. Roberto was very responsive, easy to communicate with by text, reliable, and super professional. So were all of his staff - everyone was friendly, respectful, incredibly hardworking, and pleasant. Ours was a big complex job, and Roberto's quotes were fair, honest, and accurate. He patiently explained what different charges were for and why. It's also clear he cares about his team, often working alongside the guys to finish the job. Overall, a pleasure to have these guys help us fix up our home - they did a beautiful job - excellent workmanship with lots of attention to detail - and were a delight to get to know as we prepared to move in. It’s a down-to-earth family-owned salon experience, not like what you will get in a chichi downtown PA hair spa. But Siry has real talent, she listens to what you want, and she delivers a great service with grace and kindness. If you want a great haircut at an affordable price, won’t regret your experience! She needs to raise her prices… I got a full wash, cut, and blowout for just $40!! Please tip our girl well, she deserves it!!
I have contacted Palo Alto Plumbing on 4 occasions. On all 4 occasions I can report the same consistent high level of service and competency. 1) they got the job done. first try, and in an efficient manner 2) they arrived on time, (sounds funny to have to say that but you would be surprised how other service providers are) 3) they were polite 4) they even made payment (which is very fair in my opinion) easy to do. Special shout out to Joe, Jacob and most of all Charlotte. ;-)
The price is good and competitive, also they were responsive when doing the work on roof. However, after left there is so many dark roofing dust in front of my house, one star subtract for not cleaning them up.

I love business here. Been coming here for the past 5years!!! They treat you like family. It's always busy so I recommend making an appointment. Many people that walk in get upset because they see people that arrived after them get taken care of 1st but that's because they have appointments. The owner is down to earth especially with my children.
