“This is the BEST veterinarian in the Eastbay. If you live in the San Ramon, Dublin, Pleasanton area, try Dr. Lim and Dr. Park. Our ten years old miniature s. was diagnosed with diabetes by Dr. Lim a couple of months ago, he was very thorough in explaining EVERYTHING on the blood test and results. I mean we literally spend over 10 mins discussing the test results, with him. We have tried many different clinics and veterinary in the Eastbay and no one comes close to the caring, detail and quality of care from Dr. Lim. We also took ultra sound of Katy's pancreas given she was having a pancreatitis episode and Dr. Lim not only showed us the ultrasound, he also went on the web to search and show us what normal and abnormal conditions are. Hence, helping to educate us in the process. Today, we took Katy in to see Dr. Park as she specialized in dental work. While we have been doing daily brushing, Katy has gotten to the point where she developed really bad periodontist. Dr. Park told us today broke her records as she had to remove 25 of Katy's 40 teeth. When we pick up Katy, Dr. Park also used over 10 mins to walk us through each x ray and explained which tooth was extracted and which ones she was able to save and why. This level of attention, passion, and love for Katy is just amazing and we felt confident that Katy will be in much better health moving forward. While it's not appropriate for me to provide pricing information, what I can tell you is that besides the care, passion, attention that both Dr. Lim and Dr. Park have, they will never over charge or suggest for treatment or medication that is not needed. Most of the other vets we have seen will only explain things to us in two mins, show you a huge estimate and be gone. Dr. Lim and Dr. Park really cares about Katy and us as Katy's family members. They charge much more reasonable than other clinics and I never felt that they were just there to earn money. If you want this level of service and care. Give them a try and I promise you won't be disappointed.“

“We recently went on a cruise and had Woof watch our yorkie for 10 days. She is very tiny and just turned one about two weeks ago so I was very concerned about leaving her. I trusted the good reviews on Yelp and boarded her at Woof. I am so glad I trusted the reviews on here. They took such good care of her. They updated me daily with photos so that I could see that she was doing well! They gave her a bath (it's extra but worth it) before I picked her up so she smelled nice and clean. She had a great time at Woof. I would definitely use them again! Thanks Woof for taking such good care of our little girl!“

She took such good care of my baby, and he is now a well-trained and well-behaved dog. I also spent a few days with her when I picked him up, so that she could train me on what I was doing right and wrong, in order to help him succeed. That was also important, and super helpful, I learned so much from her. She also continues to follow up, even after the training, and is more that willing to help with any questions. I 100% made the right decision in hiring her. She is the best, and has an abundance of dog behavior knowledge.“

“This was my first time using a mobile groomer and I cannot believe I hadn't used one sooner. His last groomer asked that I didn't bring him back as he was a bad boy while he was getting his nails done. I did inform Paul the owner of the company of this when on the phone and he reassured me that it wouldn't be a problem. Paul the owner of the company came out to groom my boy Leopold and I must say I was quite nervous as Leopold doesn't normally warm up to people, men in particular. When I opened the door, you would have thought they had known each other for years. His tail was wagging and Paul knelt down for a bathing of kisses. Paul took the time to go over all my concerns and he took Leo off for his grooming. When they returned Leo's tail was still wagging and he looked great. His coat has never felt so soft and he smelt great. Paul told me he was a joy to groom and he would be more than happy to come back to groom him anytime. I highly recommend On The Spot Pet Grooming and I could tell Paul really enjoys and knowledgeable about dogs. I did also like that he quoted me a price on the phone and there were no hidden add-ons once he came and took care of Leo. I know Leo has found his lifetime groomer.“

“Our German Shepherd Doggy, Bamboo, had a wonderful experience with Keri at the Bishop Drive location. He learned so much and even got a few new girlfriends in the process. We started with Puppy School 1 and will continue next week with Puppy School 2. Ian Dunbar, the founder of Sirius Puppy and Dog Training, trained our 1st German Shepherd Doggy, Bruno, 30 years ago. His method of positive reinforcement is THE most effective training method, bar none. Ian also consulted with us when we purchased a 7.5 month old pedigreed GSD, Red Buttons, who was not socialized. In no time, Red Buttons responded to the training and lived out a 13-year wonderful life with lots of travel, socializing with both people and other dogs. All of the instructors that we have come in contact with at Sirius make dogs a number 1 priority in their lives. It was obvious to us that Keri really liked Bamboo and really enjoyed her job. She had lots of great ideas about training and was never too busy to help me with specific needs we had. We would never go anywhere but Sirius!!“

Today I brought my 9 month old kitten in to their urgent care clinic because she had been vomiting repeatedly for hours. We were taken back immediately and Elle was examined. The vet was Dr Crisp and she was very friendly and thorough. She gave me the information I needed without talking down to me or leaving out any details. My kitten was assessed and treated and is now home feeling better. I've taken my other cat here when he had an abscess form an entire month after I had adopted him from the shelter. I had brought him first to VEG and they found/drained the abscess but then sent my poor cat home with a gaping, oozing wound on his back and no medication. I brought him to Bishop Ranch the next day and he got the surgery he needed, a drain tube placed and the correct pain meds and antibiotics. He spent two weeks in a cone but he healed very well and is fine now. Again the vet and all staff were very kind courteous and professional. My only complaint is they are often booked out for weeks but that is what happens when you're the best, I suppose. Highly recommend.“

“Number one thing I love about going here is that Dr. Budde and her staff are very CLEAR on medical procedures and routine regarding our pets. Questions and concerns are always answered and when your pet is your literal child, you need this type of care. Dr. Budde is great. “I was referred to this Veterinarian hospital last year after many disappointing visits to other vets. This pet hospital really cares for my dog, Daisy, and provides the service I was hoping for. This Vet Hospital cares more about the pets and saving animals more than overcharging and taking advantage of emotional clients. “This place is amazing! They are so friendly and take such great care of my dog. We use Pet Dynasty for doggie daycare and for boarding. This really has been the best experience I’ve had with boarding. At daycare I feel like they really like my dog and he, the dog, is pretty stranger shy. I highly refined them.“

“We went to Redwood Animal Hospital on advice from a friend who recommended them in our time of need for our 5 year old female dog who has been diagnosed with a C-Tumor and we were in a panic looking for a Vet who was familiar that type of Tumor!They were wonderful and explained everything that would happen & told us to not expect all of the answers until the surgery was complete!We are Concerned, but believe we are in the right place!“

“I have a foster dog that needed a rabies shot. Every vet she's gone to has required heavy sedation and a muzzle, she's very difficult around men. Our rescue had to update her rabies vaccination and despite going to several vets in the area, Zelda wasn't comfortable enough to be handled. We had explained to each vet clinic the situation, and despite their knowledge, they still did not take the proper steps to ensure that she was comfortable. All of that changed when we went to Hayward animal clinic. The front staff was very professional and very compassionate Dr. Mangat was very soft-spoken and his kindness made Zelda very comfortable. He was so experienced with handling a difficult dog that he actually guided me and how to handle her for the vaccinations. I have fostered over 250 dogs and I have encountered a lot of veterinarians, but I was so impressed with this clinic and the way they handle the situation!“
