Valerie was very attentive to my needs. No pressure to review all other products and services offered. Stuck to discussing just what I requested and the state requirements so I understood the process involved. She even let me share stories about my loved one. It was like chatting with a friend instead of just a business transaction.

Miller Mies Mortuary was there for my mothers untimely passing in 2019. Helped us all the way through the process with compassion and dignity. We took the opportunity to take care of my father’s arrangements shortly after that. Here in 2023, my father past away and having the arrangements already taken care of made things far more easy having been prepared. Again, they were compassionate and showed my father with dignity as well. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of their services whether untimely or pre-planning. Pre-planning is preferred. Can't express how warm and friendly everyone here is. I especially want to thank Noelle for making everything so easy to understand, and I can't stress how patient she is. Everyone was friendly and warm from picking up of my father's body down to the service. It's a really nice place, pretty good parking and a nice reception area for food and drinks. Thank you for everything.
