John and Annie Jung were so helpful and supportive from beginning to end. The planning and execution on the day of my brothers memorial went seamlessly. I would give them 10stars if it was possible

Wow. I don't even know where to begin I was an emotional wreck, having to endure the loss of my mom. So as I walked into the building, I was immediately greeted with such compassion and respect from John. As I was crying John provided some tissues & bottle water while he was genuinely listening to what I wanted and he gave me some great ideas. While I'm in my grieving phase, I was so OCD bothering him endlessly making sure I tightened any loose ends. He was always responsive with me & provided any other clarification (but of course during regular business hours of operation & not like 2am). John At California mortuary provide exceptional service. He was patient and understanding and very respectful of our families' needs. The entire cremation/ burial process for our loved one was smooth and timely. John explained every step and kept us well informed throughout the process. Communication was excellent and we received quick responses. The facilities offer a calm and peaceful environment and we were treated with kindness at all times.
