100 Los Cerritos Center, Cerritos“We had service on a kenmore elite refridgerator. The tech knew the problem was the compressor and ordered the compressor and replaced the compressor on a second visit. The compressor took 1 hour to relace and the refridgerator started cooling again. We are pleased about that. The problem i have is we were charged $558 for labor and we had to pay the labor charge when the compressor was ordered before any labor was done. So i guess they charge $558 per hour labor.“
