Brought my sons iPhone SE for a screen replacement. Both people who assisted me were really helpful in explaining what needed to to be done. Also helped me choose a screen protector. Very professional with friendly personalities. Hope not to have another broken screen but if I do, I will definitely return.

The guy was really nice when helping me with my phone and they told me it was a 2 hour wait. Luckily there was lots of stores to kill time with so I didn't feel like I had to wait too long. Just be aware it's a 2 hour wait.

I brought in my s21 phone to get the screen replaced and everyone working there on march 28 from 2 to 5pm were so informative and helpful. KUDOS to the individuals who helped me get my phone fixed. They were very professional on the phone and in person. I'll definitely be coming back if ever need my samsung phone to be fixed again ^_^
