“I was asked to join this CrossFit from a buddy of mine. I had never been to a CrossFit before and was a little intimidated. The first day they took my assessment which gave me a baseline of where I would start my workout in regards to weight and challenge level. This was very reassuring and made me feel comfortable in doing the crossfit.
They also were very knowledgeable in helping with my weight loss and in the matter of 6 months I was down 30 lb. Everybody that I work out with and the trainers are very knowledgeable and it's a great group of people which I now call friends , they are consistently encouraging one another to do better and get stronger ?? If you've never been to a CrossFit before this has to be the one pick. They are very friendly knowledgeable and encouraging to your goals. They do assessments once a month to make sure that you are on track and they will notice if you don't show up which is kind of nice. I highly recommend it and I want to thank all the trainers for keeping me on point“

“Love coming here! First the equipment concentrates on the perfect load of weight for you, state of the art computerized, saves your progress so you can see how you are strengthening. Amazing! The concept of a 20 min one on one workout is wonderful. The coaches help to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly, help with good form, and encourage you. All in 20 minutes! You can’t beat that! You really have to try it to understand this concept. I don’t think you will walk away. On top of this, the coaches are knowledgeable and great to work with. If you want to work on slowing done the aging process or working and only have 20 minutes twice a week to work out your whole body, check this out.“

I did one-on-one training for the first 12 months and then transitioned to his group classes.Highlights:Workouts: Jeff incorporates warm-ups, speed and power exercises, cardio, and lifting. No session is the same, and you have the opportunity to learn new exercises or achieve a new PR on a deadlift.Personalization: Jeff personalizes your workout plan to meet your nutrition, fitness, and weight loss goals. As someone with health limitations, this was crucial for me. Due to my health and COVID, I stopped working out consistently and had gained nearly 30 pounds. “(Sorry I write a lot but that's just how great this training experience has been) 10/10 recommend--I have been training with Kacy since January 2022. I was referred to Kacy Performance by a coworker and I am forever grateful. I have a naturally athletic figure, but I wanted to make progress that I could actually track and challenge myself. I used to be that person who would sit in their car for 20 minutes before actually going in the gym. And then immediately go to the treadmill and look for any machine thats open with 0 plan. I have also had trainers in the past individual and group but Kacy has been the only trainer who actually makes sure your form is correct and takes that serious and if something is hurting that day or week he has alternative workouts to help support the injury while still making progress. Working with Kacy I can 100% say I have made consistent progress, I learned correct form, I learned what my body measurements actually meant, I am able to see and track my progress and I am finally confident going to a gym by myself when Kacy isn't there. Another plus-- I also learned correct names for the gym equipment (no more "silver bar thingy") lol. Kacy has us track our exercises each day with the correct name of the exercise, the reps and the weight. This has helped me learn different exercises and have an actual gym plan with different muscle groups. Its also nice to see when I have gone up in weight and hit a PR. What I like about training with Kacy: He actually knows his stuff!!! He helps with correct form (which is crucial and something I used to struggle with and I've never had with prior trainers), he gives reason to why the exercises he is having us do is important and what muscle group they are focused on. And he challenges us! He knows our potential and actually pushes us to to lift heavy the right way. He has trained us to be successful by ourselves. Overall I highly recommend Kacy performance.“
“Fitness was never my thing. I always hated exercise; It felt like a chore. I felt embarrassed and like I didn’t know what I was doing. When I started working with Jennifer, I was probably the unhealthiest I’ve ever been. Now, I can’t wait to work out. “Came to this gym after not being active for over 3 years during COVID. I had some CrossFit experience, but not much and coming back was hard. Coach Maria was really the one that kept me motivated and encouraged me the entire way. Now it's been 9 months and I absolutely love coming here. Initially I was coming 3 times a week, now it's around 5-6 times a week. Every single coach here is amazing. They care and take the time to help you in any way they can. They will show you 10 different ways to modify a movement and find one that you are comfortable with. If you are recovering from an injury, they will find something else you can do. They put your safety first and never force you to do something that can injure you. Will you feel sore a lot? Yes. Will you get pushed further than you thought you could ever go? Yes. You will be so impressed and encouraged once you commit and push yourself to do things you never thought you could and this is the place that will make it happen. Little by little I am seeing improvement. I started out not being about to do pull ups, now I can get a couple strict and several kipping. I couldn't do toes to bars, so I did knees to chest; now I am able to connect a few toes to bars and little by little I am able to do more of them unbroken. Everyone here is on their own journey and you will see a vast assortment of skill levels as well as people of all ages. I am so glad I decided to join, it has changed my life.
