This is the worst doctors office that I have ever experienced. The doctors are never available. If you call, you will be out through a loop hole of customer service representatives who cannot help you but can only take a massage down for you and you will never hear back from them. The time I needed a prescription filled I was advised that the doctor was on vacation and no other doctors were covering for the doctor that was out of office. They told me to go to the urgent care to have the prescription filled by another prescribing doctor and there was nothing that they could do for me there. This is the worst doctors office that I have ever experienced. The doctors are never available. If you call, you will be out through a loop hole of customer service representatives who cannot help you but can only take a massage down for you and you will never hear back from them. The time I needed a prescription filled I was advised that the doctor was on vacation and no other doctors were covering for the doctor that was out of office. They told me to go to the urgent care to have the prescription filled by another prescribing doctor and there was nothing that they could do for me there. I am 38 weeks pregnant and got turned down from seeing my doctor when I was running behind due to dangerous weather conditions and limited visibility on the roads. I called the front office to give them a heads up about my unexpected hour drive to get to their office and they turned me down for being 4 minutes later than expected at 38 weeks pregnant! This is a nightmare of an office. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Instead I will be looking to file a complaint against this office. If I could I would give a zero start review rating.

I have enjoyed my care here so far. It is super convenient to my house and the offices is never crowded. I think the medical assistants could use a bit more training. Every appointment they ask the same questions, but the medical assistant repeats the same questions as if she is not paying attention to the answers. One of the questions is whether or not I feel depressed. Then she asks again. Well what if I had been feeling depressed or hopeless? I don't think I would tell her because I don't think she cares. It's obvious because she didn't listen to my answer then asked the same question 2 minuets later. It happened on my last appointment too. It is really off putting.Anyhow...read full review
