Dr. Langhorne is a great pediatrician, and her nurses are good with kids, but the office and front desk staff are awful. If they pick up the phone at all, which they usually don't, they are rude and unhelpful. I've had to call Borrego Health's main customer service line to even make an appointment here. Those appointments can take 4+ weeks btw. The waiting room mixes sick adults and healthy kids with very little separation. I would love to see Dr. Langhorne move to a better office.

Dr. Langhorne is Amazing..She takes the time to listen and really cares about Her patients. All it takes is one visit, and you will love her as much as we do..Thanks Dr Langhorne for all your hard work..

I'm glad I went here as recommended by a couple mental health providers I've seen. A lovely social worker, Argelia Tello (or RG, for short), helped me with my issue at the time and was able to get on Medi-Cal & IEHP (Inland Empire Health Plan) in only a matter of a month or two.I highly recommend speaking with her if financial assistance is what you need!
