“This review is long overdue! I brought in my 2 year old Chihuahua in for rear leg surgery. She had lost all muscle mass and use of her back. We were worried that her active lifestyle wouldn't look the same after this injury. From the second we walked in the door we were greeted warmly, all staff and doctors were gentle and kind. They explained the procedure thoroughly , pre-care, aftercare, medications, exercise schedules and set expectations for after the surgery. We had a follow up exams and felt like we could call with any questions or concerns at anytime. I'm happy to report a full recovery and 100% quality of life after 5 months. She is back to all of her daily routines and has regrown all the muscle around her leg. I cant thank the staff enough and highly recommend there professional expertise, care and concern for you and your fur kid!“

“I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Gill. He is so patient and caring. Has over 30 years of experience. He very skilled at spay & neuter on small kittens and any other procedure(s) you may need him for. He will give you the situation, lay out all your options and let you decide how to proceed. Of course will give you his recommendation if you need it. His techs and staff are all very nice and helpful as well. I have been taking my Bengal kittens there for over 5 years. NEVER any issues. In my years of breeding I have only had 1 C-section. I was a mess. He even came in a bit early for it. The kitten causing the need for the C-section had already passed. The other 3 survived. I have customers that now go to him. I believe he is the best.“

“We took our very anxious 11 year old maltipoo here and we're so happy with the staff . From the first phone call scheduling his first appointment with them I felt reassured. The vet came in and sat on the floor with him for quite some time to get him more comfortable with her and both her and the technician took time to get to know him and put us at ease . Our pup needed to have his teeth cleaned and ended up getting 4 teeth pulled. They outlined the procedure thoroughly and gave us costs before hand . On the day of his surgery they were so kind and understanding. I am so happy to have found them!“

“Susan is a fantastic veterinarian. She answered all of our questions and took care of our cats so well. She is the only veterinarian that has taken the time to answer all of our questions and explain them in a way that we were able to understand. We were able to get a complete work up done and now our cat does not have to go to a veterinary clinic this year. Which he does not like to do. Susan is by far the best veterinarian I have ever worked with. We are so thankful that we found her and for the work that she did. We were concerned about a lump that we found on our cat and she biopsied it at our home and returned the results in one day and she said that she understands that the waiting can cause a lot of anxiety for owners. “Unfortunately our German Shephard has had to come her a lot but every time we come everyone is so friendly. The doctors take great care of my dog every time we come in. Dominique at the front is so friendly. She always says high to Belle and always helps get her prescription ready. She also will answer any question you have and if she does not know the answer she will find someone that does.“

“This guy saved my horses life.I have a 20yr old pain mare who foundered sometime 2 years ago. I had 2 vets come out, teach telling me upon examination of the radiographs that she should be out down immediately.they didn't take quality of life into consideration at all, or anything else for that matter.Needless to say I was desperate to find someone who speaializes in severe issues of the hoof.Mark was kind, clear, sincere & kind while explaining everything that he was doing and gave me his honest opinion as to where to go next in her treatment. Looked at everything as a whole and told me he didn't think that euthanasia was necessary. Though her condition wouldn't improve due to bone loss of the p3 bone , based on her activity level and zest for life, there's no reason why her condition couldn't be managed.He put her on equioxx, gave me tips on nutrition, farrier care, bedding/footing type and lots of other advice to make sure she stays comfortable for the rest of her life.*He was pricey but I didn't expect it to be cheap.I would 100% recommend mark if you have a horse with an issue with their feet. Don't let outdated veterinary training be the demise of your horse!!Thanks Mark, you are the best!!“

“My companion of 18 years was carried across the bridge on 8/8/2024 at 18 Dr VanWorth, Dr Kovac, and Dr Leslie had done their best in making clinical assessments on Coco at the time but for nearly 3 years in Heart disease MMVD stage B2 with severe regurgitation, Coco was always on borrowed time. On her last day X-rays showed her entire cavity filled with fluid and that was time. Coco refused to go down without a fight - her will to be loved and to live was strong but her ailing condition was inevitable Thanks for your care and the many times you work so hard to support slotting me in, even answering my calls before the office day started Bless all of you and families“

“Governor Animal Clinic has kindly and empathetically helped us through the worst of interactions and the best. During Covid we switched to GAC as they were accommodating of an emergency visit. Their staff is beyond kind and works so well with the nuances and needs of each patient. We have two very "vet anxious" German Shepherds and they help us with pre-visit preparation as well as a unique ability to work with the dogs thru their anxiety. The office is spacious and friendly and I'm so grateful for them!“
