“From the administrative staff to the caregivers, the entire team we have been working with is very professional in taking care of my mother. All are top-notch! Whenever we have had an issue or unexpected situation with my mother, the staff has been there to take care of it. We have been fortunate to have the same team working with my mother daily. Michelle (our team coordinator) has been on top of keeping the staffing the same. Only when needed has another caregiver come in to cover the shift. Michelle is conscious of how important it is to keep the team consistent with keeping my mother feeling safe and comfortable when coming into her home.
