What a wonderful experience the place is tucked in the middle of downtown Delmar. It’s so beautiful so close to the beach before I went To my appointment, I went to see the sunset which is so magnificent. It’s just three minutes away from the center. Ivan, he is wonderful very knowledgeable , patient and really knows what he is doing. He made me so comfortable, I am for sure. Recommend this place.

This review was a long time coming but this speaks to the impact that Scott had on my mindset about fitness. My husband and I hired Scott back in May of 2023 for a 12 week personalized, virtual plan. In a perfect world, we could have worked with a trainer in person with access to all sorts of expensive equipment but we're both busy and neither of us really like being in a crowded gym. Scott's online training program seemed like it was the ticket. My goal was to build muscle and core strength. I've always been fit but could never get over the finish line of having a muscular physique. Scott helped prepare a program that used what we had in our home gym and that was personalized to our likes and hobbies. I'm a runner and a cyclist. I didn't want to give those up and I didn't have to. He was thoughtful to craft a plan that fit each of us. The dietary plan coordinated by Lexy was a big part of the puzzle, as well. The plan was challenging but not overwhelming and it was nice to have weekly check ins with Scott for the confidence boost and feedback. By about week 8, I really started to see the difference. I don't think I'm a vain person but it really feels nice when friends and family greet you at events and say "wow". Especially being just shy of 40. Since finishing the 12 weeks, I got married ( planned and hosted the wedding), bought a house, renovated said house, watched said house get flooded in a storm, re-renovated it, had emergency surgery, and changed careers. You would think all of this would knock one off the wagon but the knowledge, technique, and confidence I took away from working with Scott really stuck and helped me develop healthy habits and to maintain a focus on the "vision".

Nancy has been doing my hair for years. I have extremely difficult hair to color. I know, I know... you will say you do too and every hairdresser will say they are the best and it's nothing they haven't faced before. My hair is naturally comprised of dark blonde, med blonde, light blonde, golds and strawberry blonde. That strawberry is my Achilles! Everywhere else I either leave: 1. Like a carrot top. 2. With a temporary glaze or toner in a feeble attempt to fix what they think I can't see. 3. Overly hilited hair over the color, bleached to the point of massive breakage and flyaways. Nancy is the only one who can balance my hair color right and keep it full, shiny and HEALTHY! Trust Me! Still don't believe me? I would highly recommend Meghan as a hairstylist! I went in for a color correction and had a consultation beforehand, which made me feel confident and in good hands. Seven months later, my hair has grown out beautifully, with no damage. It's growing out with a natural, lived-in look, which is perfect. I love that I can go a few more months before needing another color session, as Meghan prioritizes keeping my hair as healthy as possible. Meghan is also great with communication - she checks-in periodically, is easy to schedule with and is always responsive. I'm so happy with my experience and will continue to trust Meghan with my hair!
Laura has done my hair for years and always does a really great job. She takes the time to go over options and does a great job with the cut. My hair looks great after the cut and grows back in the right way between cuts. Laura is really nice and a positive person to be around. Parking etc easy then you just walk right in. Recommended!

I'm in loved with my partial highlights! Victoria fixed a bad blonde situation I came in with, when I left I absolutely loved the tone and look and I'm going on week 5-6 and still loving the grow out! She took the time to listen to my needs and desires for my hair and I'm so picky about my blonde.

I found Sound from a google search and noticed they had great reviews so I went to check it out and get a cut from Kody. First off, he is a great dude! We had awesome conversation and he was very personable. I was looking for a drastic cut to my big beard and my long hair on top. He listened to my requests and offered great opinions that ultimately lead to the perfect cut! I highly recommend Kody and I’m sure the rest of the team is great as well. I’ll be seeing him again!
I scheduled an appointment with Baothy for my fiance who had some tricky curly long hair that needed expert guidance. Bao was very friendly and was able to walk him through what he wanted and what her thoughts and suggestions were. It was a great experience! Bao was an excellent choice and clearly knows what she is doing. We will be back for her services again!

Love Blue Sky Nails! Came here after moving from out of state wanting to find a go-to nail salon. They went above and beyond! Made me a custom pale yellow for my upcoming vacation when they didn’t have the color I was looking for for my French manicure. Little did I know I would be getting engaged later that week. They made me the perfect manicure!
This is by far the best nail salon in north county area. I’ve tried just about every where since this is where I grew up. I am pretty particular about my nails, I get hard gel. It’s hard to find someone who is really good with shaping, evenness, etc but the girls here are amazing. The owner is great, everyone is friendly & so accommodating, and they have every possible color, chrome, option.
I came to town for a wedding and had never met Badri before. I had a lot of anxiety because I have very fine, flat hair and can never get my hair to hold a curl or look voluminous. Other times I have spent hundreds of dollars to get my hair done and it just falls right out. Badri took the time necessary to blow dry, texture, and curl my hair not once but TWICE to make sure it stayed. She spared no expense with her use of products and clips in order to help me achieve a beautiful look that lasted ALL NIGHT. I bought some human hair extensions and flower clips on Amazon and told her to just do her thing. This is what she came up with and I got compliments ALL NIGHT ( my hair looked better than the bride's, Whoops!! ). She doesn't rush you or give a once-size fits all approach; As I was leaving, she even pulled me back in to add some finishing touches so it would be perfect. Her price was beyond reasonable, especially for a professional that is used to doing hair for Oscar's attendees and runway models. Badri really is an expert at what she does and will go above and beyond to make you happy. I promise you will love your hair.
I recently had a facial with Caroline, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I’ve had a lot of facials in the past, but my skin has never looked this clean and glowing. Caroline did an amazing job tackling my blackheads, which have always been a problem for me. She explained each step thoroughly, making the entire experience educational as well as relaxing. The ambiance added to the experience, making it feel like a luxurious spa day. I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, and I can't wait for my next appointment with her!

I went to Surface Aeshtetics is in Del Mar this morning and there is easy parking.I had a sunburn a week ago and my cheeks were very irritated, and face dry and scaly. I needed her help to correct the sun damage and mild hyperpigmentation, especially since I have been trying to minimize pigmentation on my cheeks with hydroquinone.She was very professional and gentle, providing education on the process of sun damage and how to correct it. My skin already feels much better.She also helped with small acne outbreaks on my nose and chin with extractions and my face is much clearer now.Thanks Michelle!1/17/2023: I wanted to update my review and say that I still stand by my previously written statement and Michelle is outstanding in her field and knowledge and experience. This is a genuine hidden gem! The team is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. We had a facial and massage and they were amazing. It is very relaxing inside. They do have amenities such as a sauna, etc but they do have a shower. You also get access to the hotel the day of your service, I will definitely be back to see these highly skilled professionals again
First time here… I’m absolutely in love with this place. It’s my new getaway. Located in Del Mar village, you can walk to all the great restaurants, and to the beach. The rooms are comfortable and pet friendly! We will bring our pup next time. The food and service is great and the staff are friendly and helpful! We are definitely coming back!

Dr. Anu Mohan is a very compassionate doctor. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and addresses them very thoroughly. I got a wisdom tooth extraction done. She was very good and the entire procedure went off very smoothly. Her entire staff is very friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Anu Mohan.
Coming to Dr. Chan's office was a refreshing change. Everyone in the office seems to be working in sync and the service is exceptional. Staff turnover is low compared to other places I've been.

Dr Fattie is absolutely amazing! The most comprehensive chiro I have ever experienced, and I have been seeing chiros since my teen years. She is very individualized with her approach. I initially went to see her with awful costochondritis, in which the pain was completely gone within a month of treatment. with 50% improvement in the first couple of weeks. Truly a master of her craft.
Dr. Choi is the best. He treated me for multiple sports injuries, and I wouldn't have been able to keep going without him. His adjustments and advice are top notch. I could not recommend him more.
