“Today was a day! Our dog needed seizure meds refilled and while the vet team had sent it in (and resent it in), CVS continued to say they didn’t have it. It took multiple phone calls to both offices, and while it’s easy to get through to Tassajara Vet, it’s an ordeal to call CVS. When I called the vet the last time to see what other options I had as CVS was just terrible… I found out that Courtney and Mariah, absolute gems, had taken matters into their own hands. Mariah walked over to CVS with the prescription in hand to make sure the meds were filled as Charlie can not go without them. Courtney reassured me that she would be there to help if anything happened again at CVS…. To say they love their jobs and the animals they take care of… it really showed right there! That level of care and service is not something you hear about often, so I wanted to be sure to give them serious praise! Thank you, Courtney and Mariah!!! We appreciate the entire Tassajara Vet team so much. They have taken care of our fur babies for the last 19 years!“

“I took my newly adopted dog for spay procedure to Eden Pet Hospital. Very nice people and quick help with all the details explained. Dog came back in a very good condition, not traumatized and calm. The incision is minimal compared to my previous dog’s experience, should heal fast.“

“We have been bringing our pooch here for his annual exams and vaccines since we adopted him 5 years ago. They are very responsive and friendly. We have had to have some more intensive treatment too. He had a cyst that they drained and did a biopsy on. It was benign but we decided to have it removed because it kept filling up. The procedure went smoothly, they called as soon as he was awake and able to be picked up, they called us to check in on him that night and the next day. We are so happy with the treatment he receives at this veterinary hospital that come all the way from Oakland for them.“

“It's Dr. Barrett. I wish we would have met him a long time ago. Trixie had some issues with her teeth and found Canyon. As with any veterinarian clinic, it costs extra for "emergency" visits. Thankfully we were not in that mode. We made a 1st time appointment brought her in and the teeth were cleaned and a tooth was removed. Dr. Barrett explained the whole thing up front. No B.S. and a very nice "bedside manners". Thank you Dr. Barrett again for our 3rd visit just to pick up meds for 4th of July anxiety. My dogs do not like fireworks. They shake, require holding and comforting for several hours while the population attempts to light off every firework that came off off the largest container ships that came into the Port. After the meds, Lola's stress reduced by 97% while Trixie was at least 90% until our neighbors started launching mortars in the street out front, bringing the experience to a whole new level. We didn't call em, but somebody did. And the show ended prematurely, and that was ok with us. We adopted Lola a few months ago. She going to get a cleaning soon. Dr. Barrett did a super job on Trixe, and after 3 visits (it actually only took one) if someone asks me where to go? Easy, Canyon Veterinarian Hospital!“

“I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Griffin and the veterinary tech staff at SAGE Concord. We were directed by our local vet to have our 14 year old pitty looked at by a specialist for a potential spinal or neurological issue - they did such a wonderful job taking care of her and helping us to feel at ease during her treatment; options were carefully explained and questions readily answered. The documentation provided to support after care was thorough and easy to understand, and I loved that the overnight nurse caring for our pup during her hospital recovery sent us pics to show us how she was doing. For expert companion animal care, I would definitely return to SAGE and would recommend them.“

“Great Office staff with good attitude and pleasant phone manners. The office is warm and pet centric. Waiting rooms have a couch for pet to sit with their human. The vets I have met in my short time since we transferred over are knowledgeable and spend time with the patient and their human to share information and updates on the findings.“

“We needed to prepare our move to Hawaii and transferring our dog to this state has so many requirements. The staff and Dr.K was prepared with the forms, familiar with the vaccinations, blood tests and timelines. “MDVM always provides great and friendly service to our pets. My dog isn't always thrilled about having a visit, but she knows the drill, sits on the scale upon entering & goes happily with whichever tech comes out to get her. My most recent visit was for a vaccine, but I had a question for the doc regarding a past follow-up visit that required a visual. She took a quick peek and advised, and we were on our way without need to schedule another visit. Our pets health plan stayed on track. Thanks Dr Fan!!“
