“Today, on a lazy Friday afternoon, my girlfriend and I walked into eyes on hearts optometry. We met Cailyn today. Cailyn is amazing! She had the best customer service for an optometry office anywhere and everywhere - ever. she exemplifies the Nordstrom way of customer service and I really appreciate it. So much so, I found out that they take VSP and I can't wait to have my next eye appointment here.“

“Dr. Burton is amazing! Who knew that a routine eye examination would turn out to be a welcoming surprise and the answer I was looking for as far as the lingering problems that I was having in my sinus area. I had a bad cold a month before and even though I got better, I ended up with a sinus infection. Although my general doctor and ENT did give me a partial solution for that issue, I was still having some lingering pain and pressure in the sinus area that was not going away. Dr. Burton saw that the upper left side of my nose was swollen and told me that my tear duct was inflammed. She prescribed me some eye drops and I got better in about three days! Now I wonder why those other doctors did not see that my upper nose was swollen and did the steps that Dr. Burton did. She knows what she is doing.“
