Terry was out to survey the damage the same day and the tree removed right away. Other trees were damaged as well and they were taken out to prevent future issues. Riviera Pool provides extraordinary service, high integrity, and a responsive team. Brian Tippin is not only an amazing engineer but also has a flare for backyard design. Riviera Pool built a spa/pool, barbecue and fire pit to create a stay-cation backyard. We refer to Brian as the DaVinci of pools based on his terrific work. He is inclusive in decision making and thorough in insuring the project is completed professionally. I strongly recommend this company and team to anyone who is seeking pool design and build services.
Dr. Kwolek is a fine dermatologist. She does great work on my face and body. The same amount of work done at Kaiser my HMO would've probably been a couple thousand dollars.

My kids have been practicing martial arts at America's Best Karate of Danville and enjoyed it a lot. My son started as a Karate A-Z student (led by Master Lerma), graduated the program and then continued as an ABK student. His younger sibling has trained Karate A-Z classes (led by Ms. Mulvey) and graduated the program. We moved out from the Bay Area and martial arts classes designed by Master Instructor Anthony Lerma are one of the things my family really miss. It was a challange to find a martial arts school that is focused on students character development, looks for various ways to keep students motivated, engaged and growing at individual pace. I really admired also their comprehensive and holistic approach - where well being, self care and practice were key to success of their students even outside of the martial arts. Master Lerma is a charismatic person, who has vast knowledge and practical experience and he developed a very comprehensive curriculum over the course of the decades.A year ago I enrolled as one of the first students of the new RBSD program, which is a self defence system designed and constantly developed by Master Lerma. Although we live abroad now, I have regular online classes and continue my journey with martial arts. The RBSD is a very practical system that allows one to feel confident in most of the real life situations. The idea of sets of basic eights helps memorise and establish proper reflexes to respond immediately to various threats no matter if they come from someone, who practices popular martial arts like kick boxing, bjj, mma, karate or someone who is simply experienced in street fights. Master Lerma proposes new drills regularly and changes the focus of our private classes so that, I can stay engaged, have fun and grow my skills. I fully recommend their school, ABK classes for kids and youths, and the RBSD system for adults.
Today, on a lazy Friday afternoon, my girlfriend and I walked into eyes on hearts optometry. We met Cailyn today. Cailyn is amazing! She had the best customer service for an optometry office anywhere and everywhere - ever. she exemplifies the Nordstrom way of customer service and I really appreciate it. So much so, I found out that they take VSP and I can't wait to have my next eye appointment here.
Aikido of Alamo is an amazing community more than just a martial arts dojo. Classes are offered 7 days a week. This provides a opportunity for different instructors and for me to make several classes a week even with a busy schedule. Many of the senior students teach classes or fill in substituting giving a chance to learn from a variety of perspectives.
My first time using Martinez Dry Cleaners since my long-time local cleaners closed down. I brought my favorite blazers to be cleaned and I am 100% happy with how they turned out. The stains I pointed out (neck & pockets) were completely spotless & the blazers looked fresh & neatly pressed. Delivery was perfect, too. I don't have dry-cleaning orders very often, but I will definitely be a return customer in the future. Great job!
My entire family has been going to Dr. T for over 20 years. He is extremely thorough and personable. His staff is wonderful to work with and we won't go to anyone else for our eye care needs. We have moved 30 minutes away from Danville now but continue to go to Dr. T.

I have been a fan of visual expressions for almost 20 years. It is a class one operation with a great Dr. K at the helm . But the staff is normally is the back bone of any service office. Recently my glasses needed adjustment. I was fortunate to have the dedicated & outstanding service of Jeannie, their optician. Her patience is incredible and even though the office was out of the part my glasses needed, she used her own spare parts to ensure I did not have to wait for 2 weeks. What a superior unselfish service by Jeannie and I wanted to post this text to express my gratitude and thanks.

Joanne is an amazing hairstylist overall. I have always had a great experience with her. She was able take my hair from ehh to amazing. My pervious hairstylist had done a very rough highlight so when my hair grew out there was a line. I deiced to go to Joanne so she could hopefully fix it. She did an amazing job, she completely transformed my hair to exactly what I wanted. She was able to keep it very natural looking so even when my hair grew out it still looked like my natural hair color. I had also added picture of my hair before and after she did it and I think it really shows how amazing of a job she did.
Recently I decided to go brown. Joanne was super informative and was asking me questions to get exactly what I wanted. She also made she I understood the care of it and when (if I wanted to) of back to blonde. She did an amazing job getting it to look exactly like the pictures I showed her and what I wanted. She has done an amazing job with whatever I want done, she can do colors, highlights, and brown! I highly recommend going to Joanne for anything you need done with your hair!!

Today, Grace gave me the best haircut of my life. For so many years I've talked to hairdressers, barbers etc. - shown them what I like and don't like and continuously been disappointed, coming home to say "wait until i fix it" to my wife. I recently took my 3-year-old son for his haircut where he sat alone on the chair, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience! The hairdresser was extremely professional and clearly very experienced with handling kids. She made my son feel comfortable and at ease, which is no small feat for a toddler's first independent haircut. He was surprisingly cooperative, and I credit her calm, patient approach for making it such a smooth process. I took my son to Frank E's because he wanted to cut his long hair. He was getting teased and wanted to look more "like a boy". What I liked best about Frank, aside from the amazing vibe in the shop, was that he was honest about what my son's hair would and wouldn't do, and told him how awesome his hair was as is. We settled on a shorter but not super short style and my son was really happy. We will be back.

Expensive small barbershop with just two chairs. Located in poshy Danville. I find the locals here very pretentious and extremely rude, however this barbershop stands out from all the other businesses in the area. They do good work and they’re super nice. .Thumbs up for a Charlie’s Barber Shop.

I love Tana's. They are lovely women there. For me the best thing is the manicure pedicure last like 3 weeks. Other places 2 max but usually less than that. It's a relaxing environment. The deluxe pedi is so worth it!
Vivian is an absolute gangster, and pays SO much attention to detail— both of your nail preferences and you as a person— I never expect a nail tech to reallllly be listening to me ramble, but she seems to remember every convo while she flawlessly works on my nails. She’s meticulous and caring in all the best ways.

For reasons out of their control, I give warning if you don’t look like a Danville native (I’ll leave that to your interpretation). I’ve never been stared at so blatantly and repeatedly by the other clients. Truly off putting.
Lauren has been my go-to for about 9-10years now! Loveee her! The girls in the salon are super friendly and the space is clean. Prices are totally reasonable- I get dip mani that will last about a 4weeks and gel pedi that lasts about 8weeks. 10/10 rec!

Denica has mastered the art and science of hair styling and is a down to earth, super friendly and funny person. Have openly recommended him to friends and family.This guy is as honest as the day is long, will give you an up front answer about your work, and estimates he sticks to He's done numerous repairs, replaced two water heaters, a dishwasher, toilets, shower mixer valves. He doesn't upsell, but makes recommendations for products that will last. He also will provide parts, or you can purchase your own, and he takes care of disposals (for a dump fee).
We had annoying leaks in our bathroom sink and tub. Our plumber,Victor, did what he could to slow the leak while we waited for a part to arrive. Victor quickly and efficiently installed the parts and they work well, are drip free and look good. We were pleased with Victor’s services and he communicated very well

Chris' talents go beyond your typical contractor. He has true artistic ability. I trust his design decisions fully and he brings to life something better than I myself could envision. The materials he chooses are so well thought out for both beauty and function. So far, I have used him to remodel 4 bathrooms and redo all the flooring in my home. He also created a beautiful coffee bar that I get compliments on every time someone enters my home. When opyour home to strangers working on a project for months at time, you need to be sure they are respectful. His crew is very respectful. There was not one time when I felt uncomfortable about them being in my home. I absolutely LOVE the work that has been done and plan on using Ruggieri & Co for many more projects.

We had a huge dying/buckling mulberry tree in our backyard that was only about 15 feet away from the back of our house, so we needed professionals to come remove it. Darrell and his team did an amazing job. They were able to remove the tree without damaging anything. We even had a water faucet/pipe that was also very close to the tree and they took great care to make sure that didn’t get broken! After the tree was removed, they ground out the stump, and then cleaned up all the debris that was left behind. 10/10 job would highly recommend.

I chipped a few of my teeth and I was able to make a last minute appointment with Dr. Joey. He is as good as it gets. I had a total of 8 chipped teeth with some being very severe, and I walked out of there perfect as can be. He was quick and decisive with is work. I definitely recommend Dr. Joey!
Dr. Koehler has been my dentist for well over 20 years. I loved her approach to dentistry, professionalism and cheerful personality so much that I followed her to Danville when she opened her new office. I highly recommend seeing Dr Adams if you are looking for a chiropractor. He is the first chiropractor I met that actually cares and works on your problem area which for me was my shoulder. I have gone to another chiropractor in the neighborhood and all they seemed to care about was getting as much of my insurance visits than helping my problem area. This other place gave me some adjustments which was great but never really focused on my problem area. Dr Adams is different he will not only work on your problem area but will also give you homework to do at home to help with the recovery process. Check him out and you will understand what I am talking about.
Dr. Ko and Dr. Brad is great in helping my back pain issues. I have to see them every couple of weeks to help manage my pain. Every time it's an instantaneous relief and I am good! In addition to their medical expertise, their staffs are also very friendly and well train. Always on point in taking care of me, very attentive in my need!

Dr. Scott is the best chiropractor, truly a miracle healer. Her staff is so wonderful too. My girls play sports and have injuries all of the time. Not only does Dr Scott find a way to see them even during her busiest days, she knows how to help and treat them. And they Aways feel better! One example of healing- one daughter came in w fluid in her knee on a Thursday where Dr Scott performed laser as part of treatment, and by Tuesday, the fluid was gone. No procedure at the orthopedic office necessary! Highly recommend going here!

Been coming to Sycamore valley Chiro for years, usually for an unexpected flare up in upper back pain. They’re always busy but almost always manage to squeeze me in on a last minute basis. Could not recommend them more for both their expertise as well as their always empathetic customer service.
Dr. Kwolek is a fine dermatologist. She does great work on my face and body. The same amount of work done at Kaiser my HMO would've probably been a couple thousand dollars.
Dr. Gallacher is very knowledgeable and well-versed in her procedures. She has quite a bit of experience and that expertise is definitely prevalent when a procedure is performed. The office is beautiful and the staff is so sweet!
Dr. Potozkin and Dr. Ellis are top notch. I've been going to this office for over 20 years and refer all of my family and friends for cosmetic and medical procedures. Their bedside manner and knowledge is unsurpassed. Even if you don't live in the Danville area, Dr. Potozkin and his staff are worth the drive. I trust them completely.

But CBfit has a new teacher, Nicolette Fisher; she talked to me about the classes and encouraged me to try them, and now I look forward to taking my next class with Nicolette. She has great music, really engages with everyone, and makes the class so much fun!
Best results I’ve gotten from any other experience! I went in for an anti-aging treatment. My main issue has always been dark spots on my face—I’ve even been turned away by a Kaiser dermatologist! This is the first time I’ve seen results and it was instant! Moreover, she has educated me on how to continue to lighten my dark spots. My jaw area had also been tightened. I don’t have the photos to share but she does take a before and after photo for you to see. I wholeheartedly recommend satisfying your curiosity!

Jip and Jang are masters of their craft. As an athlete, I am very hard on my body. I can always count on Vana Vari to work out those stubborn muscle knots and restore my flexibility! I recommend their 2-hour Swedish session. It sounds like a lot, but 2 hours is ideal. There's no rushing and it allows them to really dial into the tough spots. I also like their deep tissue every now again - it really helps when working back from an injury.
I’ve been coming to Loosen Up’s Danville location every month for many years now. Their massage therapists are the best! They customize the massage to your needs and I can always get an appointment within a reasonable timeframe. Jacki is my favorite but I’ve also had great massages from Nate and Caitlyn. Highly recommend!

Wendy has been my massage therapist for many years. She has positive energy and truly cares about her clients helping to fix anything that is wrong. I have been hesitant about letting her do cupping on me until yesterday. I have terrible allergies and trouble breathing so I figured what the heck. This morning I woke up with full lung capacity and could inhale 100%. I am still in shock and thrilled with the results! I also had more energy for my morning workout whereas I had been dragging lately due to the allergies. I would recommend visiting Wendy. What could it hurt?!? You will enjoy a terrific massage at the bare minimum.

This place is wonderful, the rooms are clean and the decorations are pleasant to the eye. The masseuses are nice and extremely welcoming. I've went here multiple times and it's great. However there is one time that I came in at there rush hour and had to wait 10 minutes but, they got me in as soon as possible and was extremely apologetic. I recommend this to anyone out there. They are extremely professional about their jobs. I go out feeling fresh and relaxed!
Paula is amazing. I have long covid. I've felt terrible for almost 10 months. I have seen numerous doctors, therapists, specialists. They have all helped a little- but Paula has helped the most. It's not even close. Paula is the only one that has helped truly reset my central nervous system. During her massage is the only time my body truly feels at rest and at peace. She is truly a healer. She offers various massage types, but I have just done he standard 90 minute massage. It's fairly reasonable and worth every penny. I have increased the frequency I see her from once a month to twice a month because it is truly the best healing I've experienced during this prolonged illness. Thanks Paula!

The Thai massage I received from Aya was terrific, the right level of strength and great skills. I have received massages in many locations across the world and rank this one highly. The place is clean and well-cared for and I always appreciate a small business owner who is trying to do their best. I'm sorry other reviewers were grumpy but I felt the service was worth a recommendation.
This place was great. I do a lot of running. About 30 miles a week. My legs were getting way to tight. So i got a deep tissue massage. This womans hands were like magic! It was kinda gentle where there was no knots or tightness but when she found a spot that needed it, those hands turned into jackhammers haha. She did a great job. I will for sure be going to for more deep tissue work when needed and probably a Swedish from time to time as well. Thanks for the great massage!
