“I had a constant drip coming from my pressure release valve and my first response was to cap it. Instead, I called a professional plumber to inquire about installing a regulator and Beach Plumbing sent Tony to my residence. After hearing my concerns, Tony checked my water pressure and determined the release valve is likely opening up due to the high PSI. Tony gave me a great quote for a regulator, one that was far less than two other local plumbers (my wife asked me to call around). Tony cut my copper pipe coming from the main line. It was bent and curved so Tony replaced it with a straight copper line, added a few angled couplers, soldered it tight, installed the new regulator and replaced the old faucet valve, all within a 2.5 hrs. His diagnostic was correct, his work was clean, and he was friendly and a professional. Great job Tony! The drip is gone and my PSi is in the correct range. This job saved my appliances from leaks and pipes from bursting. I have called Beach Plumbing twice before and they have always sent great techs and provided excellent service.

“I had deck drains that went from the backyard to the front yard that were full of tree roots. About 19 years ago I had the pool built and never thought of tree roots penetrating the pipes . George Carlos and Jacob all worked diligently to clear out not only the roots from inside the pipe but also having to chip away at tree roots surrounding the pipes. “I called several plumbers after I was overcharged by Barker Brothers for a sewer cleanout. I had roots in my clay sewer pipe causing back up. Barker quote me $15k for a clay pipe sleeve to the street (80 ft). Fanti used a camera and showed me the problem both under my house and outside. He quoted $9k total for trenchless pipe bursting and entirely replacing my clay pipe with poly pipe. He also included descaling/jetting my kitchen line and 50 feet main line under the house. The following day my shower line mysteriously backed up and he came and unclogged a giant hairball for free. Fanti was very responsive, on time, meticulous and explained everything in detail. He used a tamper and backfilled all the dirt. He left everything spotless. He provided a more practical solution than the others for 60% of the price. A brand new wider diameter polyethylene pipe should easily outlast a epoxy sleeve forced into a crumbling 60 year old clay pipe with a narrow diameter. If I ever have any future plumbing problems, I will definitely call Rob Fanti.“

“We've used Plumber XP a couple of times now and have very happy with the service. My wife is very picky and we've been through a number of plumbers that she hasn't been happy with. She has been very pleased with Plumber XP. And you know what they say, Happy wife, happy life. Joey and his helper Angelo were out on the most recent call to take care of a bad sewer smell coming from the area behind our washing machine whenever our a/c was turned on. They installed a new P Trap, hydro flushed the pipes and scoped the lines for obstructions. Joey also noticed our tankless water heater and made recommendations for service. I called them on a Saturday even though Yelp said they were closed and someone answered. Joey came out within an hour to diagnose our issue, made recommendations and gave us a quote.
