“I've driven by here so many times! Great location! Finally got approved for PT after my car accident back in 2021. Got so excited that it was here! My friend said she used to come here and liked it! As soon as I walked in and started treatment, I felt so much peace here. Maybe it's the music or the staff's personalities. But since I started my therapy, I've gotten more flexible again and stronger in my arms and lower back. I come twice a week but I'm graduating to once a week...I think. Not only do they get you back even stronger and much faster than others, but they educate their clients on the process and what each exercise and treatment tool is used for the clients benefit. More specifically, I spent a lot of time with Nika. She is the best!! Not only does she get you back to excellent health fast but she actually gets to know you on a personal level. Both in and out of STARS she has gone above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. For that I will always come back to STARS and continue to excel with them guiding me!“

“I had occasion to be a client here after an...unfortunate incident that's left me a gimp. Everyone here has been very, very friendly and helpful, even if I never got to swim with dolphins like I was hoping when I heard the name. The first time I came in, I had a consultation with Bruce, the manager/lead therapist/guy in charge in some form. He didn't talk down to me nor did he talk over my head, just a friendly guy laying out what they could do and what could happen. My insurance approved several visits and each time I would get one person to set up the heat pack, lead me through exercises safely, and finish up with an ice pack and electrical stimulation (sounds scary, but I swear it works). The only PT I remember by name is Stella, because she was just that cool, and remembered me out of all her clients. Near the end I was started on new exercises, and unfortunately they caused me to slide in the wrong direction, hurting more than they helped. They said not to do anything that hurt, that I couldn't handle, but I didn't realize how much it was hurting until after I stopped. I thought it was just my bum leg during the session but the pain lasted much longer and I stopped going altogether. I would absolutely go back (especially for the electrical stimulation, which I can't get at home unless I stick a fork in a socket and that might be a *leetle* too much) but at the first sign of trouble, speak up. They are there to help, and pushing yourself isn't always the right way. I was referred here through Talbert Medical Group. I do not know if or how they deal with anyone outside that group, or how much uninsured persons would pay. Luckily, I never had to find that out! P.S.: The parking here can be chaotic, as the teachers' credit union is practically next door and there's at least three restaurants all vying for parking space. I always made early appointments to avoid the lunch crush.“

“I always have pain on my back, neck, and arms which sometimes is debilitating. Dr. Alan and the staff at Knight was so awesome, they did some really great treatments on me and showed me how to apply some exercises at home. My pain level has gone down a lot. They are the best around, I highly recommend them.“

“Like other reviewers this place is clean and people are friendly and have effective therapists. It's a small business. I recommend this place. The biggest downside is the scheduling. If you want an initial consultation you might have to wait at least 4 weeks or more. If you're lucky someone will cancel and you MAY get the spot since you're on a waiting list. But be warn that it will not be the time you can make if you work the normal business hours. Notice can be just hours. If the therapist cancels your appt that you made weeks ago the next available spot may also be WEEKS away. They are always booked weeks and weeks ahead. Little flexibility unless you're making an appt about 2-3 weeks in advance. When they are busy they don't answer your calls.“

“I am Japanese and I cut my Achilles within three weeks of arriving in the states. I was very anxious and worried about my recovery process, especially because of my English. But even though I can’t speak English at all, I knew immediately that Christine was a very kind person. Even though there was a language barrier between us, she guided me thoroughly through the rehabilitation and I can now jump and run. It was unfortunate I tore my Achilles, but in a way I’m very glad that it led me to Christine!“

“Worked with Tom post surgery to regain mobility and strengthen in my bicep. The overall experience was great. Tom was supportive and continuously encouraged exercises and stretches that would further my recovery. The team is knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive, and most importantly, I am back doing the activities I enjoyed before the injury.“

YES PLEASE! we ordered 5 drinks and really appreciated the cashier's patience as we took our time to look over the menu. people were enjoying the ambiance to study on a friday night and i honestly don't blame them. i mean- look at how adorably decorated it is!“
