I had PT for my knees (no cartilage) and my wife had PT for sore shoulder problems related to her mild case of Parkinson's. Treatments for both of were very helpful. The staff was very competent, friendly and helpful. I recommend them very highly.

I've worked with Matt for several years now, and he's made a profoundly positive impact in my health and well being. He GENUINELY cares about each and every one of his patients, and it shows with every interaction. He takes the time to understand your situation, and patiently explains how to perform each exercise properly. He doesn't rush, and gives the best quality care you could ever ask for. The staff are also very friendly and accommodating EVERY time. You guys are the best!

I've had to have PT several times in the last 16 years. In Motion OC is far and away my favorite. Kind and knowledgeable staff and honestly fun to be around. They take care not to push me too far and are so encouraging! I feel my balance returning and I'm getting stronger every day. On another note, even after the pandemic, I am masking and my PT continually masks for my sake. I don't ask her to, she does this on her own because that's the level of consideration you can expect from them. I cannot recommend it more. My PT is Dr. Madeline Cowan and I highly recommend her and you'll love her assistant Elizabeth too! She always has a smile ready to greet you.
