Nancy and her team go above and beyond. We were looking for a rental for weeks and could not find a place. Nancy found us one the first day we reached out to her! Within minutes she asked for all of our info, submitted it to the other agent and we applied. Unbelievably great at communication. Never had to check in with her once, she is always ahead of the game. When we decide to purchase a home we will look no further. Nancy is our go to gal! Couldn't have found our dream home without Nancy! We were all over the place with what we wanted and took a long time to narrow it down while we looked at homes. Many times our list were 10+ homes per viewing in the heat of the summer and Nancy was so patient and accommodating! Precovid we would ride with her and she had a little cooler of snacks in the back seat =) During covid, she had a bag of PPE that she brought to every viewing with masks, gloves, hand sanitizer and shoe covers. She is always looking out for her clients and respectful to the homes/sellers. She is genuinely a great person. She cares about her clients and you are like a friend/family to her. She takes into consideration their likes/dislikes when home shopping. We appreciate her always being professional and prepared. She's is always on time, if not early. She comes with home facts sheets and knows the surrounding market/area. She guided us every step of the way, explaining things multiple times. Pretty much available at random times to just accommodate our schedule. There were so many homes we wanted to see last minute that she made happen. Even after the purchase, she was there for us for home warrantee and HOA issues. We loved working with her!
