He fixed my problem "completely" and refused to receive any kind of gratuity. Service places with technical expertise like The Simple Solution just doesn't exist any more. If you have any industrial IT/media need, DO try The Simple Solution. Besides the fact that Simple Solution knows "their stuff" (as my media/cabling problems that were unfixed by others and now 100% fixed by Simple Solution), they have the professionalism and integrity that would back up their expertise!“
