Jimmy Tran and his staff have begun taking us through a terribly difficult transition, where passwords were missing, instructions were spotty, and the person who set up our system was unavailable for comment or consultation. We have 2 offices and two homes that are connected and intertwined and all of our staff work partially remote as well. I am sure they are groaning at what they took on, but they have been nothing but knowledgeable, friendly, and cordial in our interactions, and have really resolved most everything in this short month or two.
