“This is a cute little yoga studio! I just came back from their open house where I tried their Sculpt and Flow class. I got a good sweat in for sure. I appreciate that Brittin offered modifications during our class and it was a good reminder that there's no one "right" way to do yoga, only do what feels good for your body. YogaSix offers 6 types of classes that vary in intensity and heat. They also offer complimentary cool eucalyptus towels, which is a huge plus. They offer validation for the Ivy Station parking garage so make sure to take advantage of it when you come take a class.“
