Jill was the absolute best soul one could ever hope for as a teacher at their first Veda yoga class. If you’re looking for a great flow, sweaty room, a couple giggles, and some amazing smiles go to one of her classes ?

✨Vanessa’s and Akane’s voices sounds like heaven and their classes will have you feeling at home again in your soul ??? Take one class with Jill and you will know why all of her classes are always full. She is an exceptional yoga teacher and shares her gifts (and jokes) freely ????? Teachers music playlists are fire? Sculpt is a whole nother animal ???????☄️?? Sweat flows like volcanoes under the infrared heat!?✨? The people here are the salt of the earth, coming from all walks of life. The sense of community and culture is palpable.

Wonderful studio in a charming neighborhood. The staff is incredibly warm and they put in extra effort to make the experience accessible to all ability levels. 10/10 recommend.Bonus experience: stop at Salt and Straw after your class to cool off with a scoop of ice cream! It’s just down the street.
