“I was highly skeptical of hiring any company for our remodel. I did speak with a few other companies before going with PHR but I have to say PHR was 100% the right choice. Jeff T our contractor was above and beyond my expectations. Great communication, work was completed before the expected completion date and work was great. Jeff was in constant communication during the whole project and he was the reason we chose PHR. We had 3 bathrooms completely remodeled, AC unit installed in master bedroom, paint, carpet, bathroom vents added in master bath, added electrical outlets in master bath, and with all of this the guys laid covering on the floors everyday to not get anything on the floors and carpet. “We had a few estimates done for our roof and never felt comfortable with any of them. Ben was the the fourth company to come out to our house and gave me a fair and safe accessment of our problem. Very honest and very fair. He drew diagrams and showed me what they were going to do. When they opened up the roof and I had more damage than we thought, they were very very fair as I can see where they could have really dinged me if they weren't honest. I love their honesty, their approach to customer service, they were fast and efficient, clean up was done thoroughly and their guys were really hard workers. Throw in their very fair pricing. “Best West Roofing did a fantastic job of reroofing my 1910 craftsman's slightly complicated roof. The old roof was not leaking but was 31 years old and it seemed best to replace it before painting the house. Best West is an independent company and Samuel the owner and I was in contact with him for every detail. He recommended a full tear-off of the old roof. Although I was initially reluctant to, I'm glad we did as it revealed some minor wood rot problems near the eaves where the gutters had failed. The entire job was completed from Monday to Friday, including tear-off, wood replacement and installation of the old attic vents with newer low-profile ones. Carlos and the crew were on time every day and always cleaned up thoroughly before they left. Samuel's bid was the most competitive of the 3 that I received and I couldn't be happier with the job but especially with the communication and rapport that I had with Samuel.“
