This place is great. The consultation was very quick comparing to other orthodontists I've been to looking for a treatment plan. I've been told many times that I have a smaller lower jaw/one side of my jaw is undeveloped and I need jaw surgery to correct it. Mccomb orthodontics on the other hand told me to not worry about jaw surgery for now because typically some patients who they helped before have been told that they need jaw surgery at other places, but mccomb orthodontics was able to give them the smile they like without the need of jaw surgery. I was also told that after the treatment plan I currently have for a year that if I want to continue with jaw surgery I would have to add another year of treatment and we'll talk more about it after my current plan if I want to go forward with it. I like how this office offers an open discussion of treatment. I'm excited to start my invisalign journey in January with mccomb orthodontics and not worry about jaw surgery for now.

Cannot say enough great things about Michael! Extremely responsive and even provided an estimate range just based on pictures (which I knew could change once he did the physical inspection, though the final was within that range). Immediately gave windows of availability with a very easy option to schedule through Yelp. I had missed the notification so messaged back late in the afternoon asking for update availability and right away got a slot for the next day. Confirmation text came through and I even got a notification when he was on the way. Was on time and had everything he needed with him. Clearly communicated what he was seeing and what would be needed to repair the HVAC leak. Had some potential issues with improperly done pipe work from original installation - he had several opportunities when he could have upsold me on what needed to be done but he did not take them, which I really respect. Instead, gave me the several options he would try before the most expensive one and why he thought they might work. Thankfully those worked out and it was completed without extra complications. He was incredibly respectful of the space, was very careful with everything he did, and managed a pretty messy situation (water leak, some moldy debris, etc.) without leaving a trace. Probably the nicest experience I've ever had with this type of repair - it was truly a pleasure working with Michael!

Right off the cuff of not even walking fully into the spa, I was greeted by the three warmest employees! The inviting and soothing green tones of the studio were a perfect backdrop and immediately makes the guests feel welcome. I originally was a little curious about how only thirty minutes of a facial can be so effective, but I was blown away! With red light, serums, micro currents, Malaika whipped my skin and face into a glowy shape and was the most amiable talking partner while doing so! The time flew by but somehow I felt as if it was much more productive than the usual hour-length of facials. With pristine and high-tech services and rooms, Formula Fig is above a top tier brand. It is the perfect spot if you need a midday boost or even great on a lunch break!
Victor did the best acrylic removal ever. Very detail oriented and careful to keep my nails healthy. Everyone in there seemed to be a regular and there was overall great customer service.

My 1st visit at the office was very delightful. The entire staff made me feel at home and very comfortable. They made feel as though I was the only patient that you had and was very attentive. The did great follow up and support as leaving the office.
Upon departing after my first visit my scalp is tingling in a very good way! I recently shaved my mid back naturally curly hair off to rid myself of all artificial color (ageism was real during a recent job search) and do a re-boot. I've been wanting to try a service at Pure Skin & Scalp for some time, I'm very happy with my experience, the staff and the products along with the energy boost Ginger and Beet Root shot at the end. Please note you have to find street parking, there is no elevator you have to climb stairs, which aren't awful... it is all worth it, I will be treating myself to monthly visits moving forward.
Fantastic experience. Had two occasions to use them (over a couple year period). Every time I've reached out for information, we get a prompt and informative response. Easy scheduling, and knowledgeable, thorough service. The service visits have been reasonably time, targeted to what's needed, and nothing necessary for us to clean up afterwards. The only place I trust with my dry cleaning. Henry is such a hard worker and does an incredible job. He's fast, does an incredible job, but just as importantly - he's so wonderfully kind. In a busy , impersonal city like LA, it's nice to go in, see a friendly face, and have him grab my items without even needing the ticket. Cannot recommend Sepulveda Cleaners more!
I can’t say enough good things about Conor Lavin. I’ve taken lessons with Conor at Neuroforce for over a year and have dropped my handicap from a 13 to a 6. Conor is an extremely talented teacher and has not only helped me improve my form and course management but also my mental game.I’ve also done short game and playing lessons with Conor and benefited immensely from those lessons.My wife has also taken lessons with Conor and had a similarly excellent experience.

Super small Boutique, clean, sleek, clever minimalist utility, with plants as decor. 3rd generation hairdresser knows his stuff listens to your wants and delivers it. I have a scarred up, lumpy head like a miss shaped potato but I have hair. If I have a bad haircut... I just can't leave the house. But Ben has fixed it and my beard so much that now I just sit down and say "make it look better" I recommend him to everyone and get thank yous back. A good, consistent haircut is key, and I am never, ever disappointed whenever I walk out of this shop. Mike is not only an excellent barber, but also great conversation. Jonathan is also solid with fades. Appointments are prompt and wait times are short, typically. While you're waiting, fire up the Capcom X-Men arcade cabinet to play a few rounds of Children of the Atom or Vs. Street Fighter until your barber is ready - or just chill and watch whatever streaming movie is playing on TV. Parking is available but limited behind the shop; otherwise, find a meter or curbside spot nearby. Bottom line, Gentlemen's is one of the most solid barber shops in Culver City - highly recommend.

I've not been to a better nail salon in LA. Period. I'm a diva when it comes to my nails and hair. I've been in LA for 15 years, and before coming here, before the pandemic, I must have tried 25 places - all hit and or, unfortunately, bad. My gel nails ALWAYS look great and last longer than I thought they would. They do not time their after-manicure massage on either the hands or feet. (Fabulous pedicures, too! The women are all nice and thorough. My go-to manicurist is the fantastic Wendy, and she has been since coming. Again, it feels good to have the confidence that my nails will always look great - and last.
Loved the warm and professional techs at this salon in a Culver City neighborhood. I got a traditional manicure on my natural nails and a gel pedicure. I was a walk-in and on a time crunch and Holly and Cathy took great care of me. Cathy even offered to add designs and did a creative freehand beach theme. Will love to come back again when I visit LA.

I had Angel and Lynda and they were both excellent. I absolutely love my manicure and pedicure. They were not the friendliest of people, but perhaps that has something to do with the fact that it came at the end of a Sunday. The most important thing though is that they did a great job.

I went to this salon for the first time last week and had my hair colored by Tracy. Y'all. She did an amazing job. I wanted my hair to be golden blonde, and she got the color perfectly! She took my hair up slowly using a 20 volume developer because she said she wanted to maintain the integrity of my hair, and she was absolutely right. I have had my hair this color before, and it always changed the texture of my hair a bit by loosening the curls, but this time my coily 4C hair stayed the same, and I am so thankful. The salon is nice, clean, and quiet, so you are able to relax and enjoy your service without a lot of drama, and I appreciated that as well. I highly recommend this salon if you are looking for someone new to take care of your hair. I just found my new favorite stylist.

My fiance and I come here all the time, my man Justin does incredible work, gentle when appropriate, but also knows exactly how to lay in deep color without over working. He is a pro. His original art is sick, and he'll do anything you throw at him. Small cozy shop with good tunes and good vibes, my favorite shop in LA by far! Can't recommend enough!
I’m glad I got my first tattoo from Alium. I love my tattoo so much. Joaquin did a great job and he really is a perfectionist who takes his time to get every detail right. It’s nice to see how my vision was turned into a piece of art.
The staff at Alium is also very helpful and the studio definitely met all sanitary requirements.

After an absolutely hideous time with another company (see my negative review {among 24 for others!} for Rapid Plumbing and Heating) my electrician advised me to call this company. They came out within an hour and fixed the problem with our in-floor gravity heater (previously Rapid came out once - told me they had to get an expensive part and that possibly we would need to replace the entire heating unit - over two days and numerous phone calls - initiated by me - no one ever called back or came back to fix it!). I own rental units (5) plus our single family home and I will always recommend using this company, Jose was excellent - ask for him!
I cannot thank Max enough. We had a huge plumbing issue on a Sunday afternoon and he was at the house within two hours. He quoted us a reasonable price given it was the weekend and he came out so fast. He found the issue and told us our next steps to address the deeper problem with our pipes. No hidden fees. Sadly, Riordan has been closed for several months. The message left on the phone is that the company is restructuring. Usually means the passing of an owner. They were referring all calls to other plumbing companies back in May. I still hope that they may reopen but it seems unlikely since they would have had to lay off the entire staff.

I've been meaning to write this review for quite a few months -- and in that time our floors have been great -- 0 issues so far! After some research and comparisons around LA we opted for EKO Flooring to remove old laminate flooring in our condo and replace with hardwood. They were great to work with from start to finish! We’ve been lucky enough to use Mario and his team at 2M Hardwood Floors for the past 7 years. First, to install new floors following an extensive remodel which are beautiful. Most recently, Mario replaced carpet with new floors to match the floors we had done in 2017 and helped replace a few floor boards in another room that had water damage. When we needed our upstairs bedroom floors sanded and matched to a new color scheme, Mario did multiple samples and didn’t stop until he found the perfect tone! And on top of all of this, Mario’s customer service is exceptional!

If I could leave 6 stars instead of 5, I would. In the scorching LA sun, Armando and his team finished our backyard in 2 days. It was better than I could have imagined. They were prompt, communicative, and did an excellent job on what was a terrible looking backyard of just weeds. We just recently purchased a house in the West Adams area and needed some help to create a backyard for not only us but our two dogs. Armando came to give us an estimate and was able to start within days of the estimate but finished the yard in two days! Myself and my husband could not have been happier. They also hauled away some extra shrubs and mulch that we had accumulated without any fuss or extra charges. I can't recommend him and his team more. I promise you, you won't regret it.
We live on a hillside that was nothing but dirt and weeds when we purchased the property. We hoped of making it a space that we could enjoy with friends and a place for us to garden, but the steep slope was intimidating. Greg Davis was recommended by a neighbor because he had experience with our type of hillside. It was a wonderfully creative and collaborative experience working with his team, and the end-product is extraordinary. Even more impressive, is the way Greg Davis has continued to stand by his work. Our project was completed a year ago, yet he and his team are still extremely responsive when we have a problem. It's very clear to us that creating outside living spaces is a passion for him and he takes pride in making that happen for his clients.
Doctor Ramina and her staff are the absolute best in the business! Not only is she elite in her field of work, she really truly cares about her clients. The progress that I have made since I've been there is nothing short of amazing. I found my dentist for the rest of my natural born life!
Dr. Marlene made me feel very comfortable and taken care of during my visit. She took the time to explain what each part of the exam meant, listened to all of my concerns, and gave me great personalized advice to help me improve my dental health. Great experience from start to finish!
My 1st visit at the office was very delightful. The entire staff made me feel at home and very comfortable. They made feel as though I was the only patient that you had and was very attentive. The did great follow up and support as leaving the office.
Came for an emergency visit while having issues with my wisdom teeth.
Management staff: The staff was SUPER helpful and proactive in scheduling me, getting a cost estimate for my treatment, and answering all of my questions. They’re super friendly and make this a truly unique experience.
Doctors: Frankly, both Dr. Rafiee’s and DT. Talaie’s consultations are very rushed. It’s hard to get all of your questions answered even if you either come prepared with a list and are quick to think on your feet as they speak. They also aren’t great at proactively giving information, like how to clean your wisdom tooth extraction sites with the syringe (they just handed it to me, didn’t say when to start or how to do it) or what treatment to relieve the bad symptoms between the emergency consultation and surgery (even after I asked twice). If you’re not good about proactively thinking of questions, you’ll end up very confused or with unpleasant surprises because of the poor communication from the doctors.
However, the actual hands on work they did was phenomenal. I removed all wisdom teeth and it was a very painless experience, outside of the soreness from healing in the 3 days post op. Everything healed very well. Dr. Rafiee was very responsive over text too, which is great.
Amenities: their office is very clean, well kept up, and has state of the art everything. The tools they use are worth every penny.
Overall, I highly recommend given the high quality work, tech used and its impact on improving care, and the amazing staff. The doctors definitely need to work on providing all the information patients need and not rushing patients out without providing proper answers and at least SOME room for them to ask questions. But again, still a positive experience and I will be visiting them again as needed.

Dr. Sean is truly amazing, as is the whole experience. He is caring and attentive to your needs. He tailors the experience to your specific body and how much of an aggressive approach you need. For instance, my wife likes a more gentle approach, while I need more aggressive, dramatic adjustments. He is always eager to fit you in if you have an injury or something urgent. He is positive and has a delightful demeanor and bedside manner. His staff are great, as is the little dog, Bear. All around, a great experience.

Dr. Megan Jones from Prodigy Chiro Care has been a miracle worker for me and my back issues. I woke up one day with intense sciatica nerve pain, my entire right leg went numb when I sat down. I simply could not sit. Walking and taking the bus was how I got around. Dr. Jones knew exactly what needed to be done with Spinal Decompression and adjustments that slowly, over the course of a few weeks improved my situation dramatically. I can sit and drive and I am almost 100% back to normal now. She and her team are super professional and I could not recommend them more. Lots of stars! All the stars.

Good sense of humor and adjustment. He was wearing FIGS which always gets an extra star in my book. Also an Acupuncturist and massage therapist in his office. A one stop shop!

After an accident, I tried weeks of physical therapy with no pain relief. I found Guru Chiropractic and I can't say enough about how amazing all the staff are here. All the massage therapists are wonderful at relaxing the muscles prior to the adjustment. Dr. Rubens is very thorough in his intake and treatment. He has an amazing bedside manner and can really find where the pain is hiding to release it. Highly recommend for any back pain you may be experiencing.
Julia was awesome! Stopped to see her on my way to LAX before an 11 hour flight. Just arrived in Amsterdam and my back is so much better then it was.
We had just adopted a kitten from an animal shelter 4 days prior. Everything was wonderful until she wouldn't eat. We took her into the Culver City Animal Hospital for an exam. Turns out she had an intestinal blockage and needed surgery. All is good with Willow now thanks to the wonderful staff here. I mean everyone here is fantastic and so caring. I would highly recommend them.

This is a cute little yoga studio! I just came back from their open house where I tried their Sculpt and Flow class. I got a good sweat in for sure. I appreciate that Brittin offered modifications during our class and it was a good reminder that there's no one "right" way to do yoga, only do what feels good for your body. YogaSix offers 6 types of classes that vary in intensity and heat. They also offer complimentary cool eucalyptus towels, which is a huge plus. They offer validation for the Ivy Station parking garage so make sure to take advantage of it when you come take a class.
I wish I could give 6 stars. Holden and the whole team just changed my life for the better. I came to him with severe Plantar Fasciitis and in a single session he diagnosed the specific root cause, addressed it, and made me feel like a truly healed person. I'm indebted for life and could not recommend Holden and the MetaTouch team more highly!

Eli is truly an expert in her craft! She has helped me so much in just the short time I have been seeing her. As someone who has been to a lot of massage therapists, I can say Eli is by far the best! She combines multiple techniques and forms of massage and is always able to pinpoint the exact spots that may need treatment without having to tell her. Aside from an amazing massage, she has such a bright personality and you always leave feeling great and with a smile. Definitely book with her you won't regret it!

Went last week and again today. I had Bill do my 30 minute foot and 30 minute back massage. He found all the knots I have buried in my muscles. He did a great job. My favorite is the hot towels after the massage to relax you. He always wipes off any oil on my back and feet so I don't leave all greasy. I came in with extreme back pain and left with no more neck pain. I do believe the neck pain comes from your waist up your back so working on the entire body helps.
$60 per hour. The technician ensures that the whole body is relaxed and then massages the oil all over the body. Great experience!
