“I went to take my cat to get his nails trimmed. I was surprised when I arrived, to see the only way to reach the place was via a long stairway. Being disabled, and walking with a walker, this was going to be impossible. I called to ask if they could come downstairs with their clippers. A very sweet gal came down, and took my cat back up to do his nails, then she brought him back down for me! This is called going above and beyond! And they did a great job on his nails! I will return, for sure!“

“Although I live in North Hollywood, I’ve been to Tailwaggers in Larchmont Village a number of times and it is BY FAR The best store I’ve ever been to for my kitties needs. Beautiful clean well kept well presented and their inventory is phenomenal. Very good customer service where I can call in my order and expect it ready once I get there. I give them an A+ rating i’m not gonna go anywhere else from now on“

“You’ll probably have to wait, so come prepared for that. I waited about 20 minutes and was able to bathe both my dogs at the self-wash area. They give you everything you need to get your pups clean. They’ve got stuff to clean their ears, face wash, cologne, even hypoallergenic shampoo! I got a discount for having two dogs which I really liked. I also left with a stamp card for my next visits.“

“Wow, I don't even know where to start with this amazing place! I'm SO GRATEFUL to have found them for my Nova. The staff is beyond fantastic - all so caring and compassionate and clearly so passionate about dogs. I was nervous trying a new daycare and overnight facility for my dog, but they made me feel SO comfortable when I dropped her off and they were so great with her. I got great updates every day via emailed photos, and could tell my girl was totally chill there. When I picked her up, it was so clear that they had really paid attention to her all week and given her the love that I hoped they would. I have never trusted a facility or group of dog lovers more than I trust Den. I can't recommend them highly enough!! Truly so, so grateful to have found them. They go above and beyond for dogs' happiness and care.“

“I am extremely happy and grateful that I found tofu mom! I was having trouble finding someone that could properly groom my maltipoo as he gets very anxious and does not let himself. Past groomers would leave him patchy or not cut his nails but she was able to do it all! I can see that my dog is very comfortable with her as he doesn't want to leave when i pick him up haha. “My malti-poo, Teddy, has been groomed twice & I could not be happier! Her cuts are precise scissor cuts. Plus, she focuses on one dog at a time, so he's not gone for half a day. She literally groomed him in a way that made the front of him look like a heart! It was so impressive! I got her name from someone at a dog park & wish I had found Woori when I had my last dog, Jasper. She is meticulous about every detail including all the little extras at most places- it's all inclusive. The price is competitive & worth every penny!“
