My 19 month old dislocated his elbow while my other son picked him up. I took him in for his shots today and ask the nurse if any Doctor can check him because he couldn't move his arm and she kept saying no take him to urgent care or emergency room. As Dr. Tuan-Ann Thi Troung was walking by she over heard my baby cry and right away said put him in a room I'll take a look! Thank goodness for her passing by and for her being there today. If you're reading this thank you so much for helping my baby and husband it today! Not only did you lock my baby's elbow in place you saved us hours from going into urgent care! Kaiser please train your staff to ask the doctors before sending your patients away even if the doctor would have said no we don't have time I would have been ok but to automatically say no sorry go to urgent care doesn't give a good rep.

The facility itself is a great one! Especially everything they have under one roof! The doctors in the other hand especially Dr. Irene Valencia, M.D. is always canceling on her appointments! It is always last minute the day before appointment or so! Just not right because they want us to book ahead weeks so I think it is unprofessional and not courteous of a doctor canceling without enough notice! Dr. Irene Valencia this is the second time doing so!

I come to this facility for my 7 month old Daughter. Dr. Tan is amazing, he is kind, informative and does not rush to get us out of the door to get to the next patient. Recently my daughter had a little virus. He followed up with us everyday until she was better, as a first time mom I really appreciate this. Dr. Tan, thank you!! -Amelia's mom
