They are flexible and very friendly and caring with my fur baby, they don't disappoint with the work that's done this is the second time my pup has got a groom and trim. he's new to it so he gets a little jumpy but they are patient with it and take their time! “We have been coming to Higland Village Animal Hospital since our dog Sage was about 6 months old. Have been very pleased with the staff during every visit. They are very caring, knowledgeable & patient. I had Sage spayed here and they healed two ear infections. Today we saw the Dr. for a lump on Sage and are waiting to get results back…. Update: We received the fine needle aspiration results back on Sages lump showing it was inflammation most likely from the shot they gave her for her ear infection a few weeks prior. We are so relieved it’s nothing serious. We appreciate that the Dr. was willing to do the extra testing that we requested to put our mind at ease.“
