I had an exceptional experience with ISC Computer Repair. They went above and beyond to recover all my data and transfer it to a new laptop much faster than I ever expected. The pricing was incredibly reasonable, especially for the level of service provided. Thomas, in particular, stood out for his expertise and attention to detail, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. After dealing with frustrating tech issues, ISC and Thomas delivered the best possible solution. I highly recommend them for any computer repair needs!

I walked in and presented my computer issue. Thomas was kind and attentive, listening to my saga. We turned the computer on and I showed him the issue in real time. He tried a few things and took it in to his tech, but no success at the moment. As I couldn't leave it he suggested a few things and said they would be happy to work on it more when I could leave it with them.

They quickly diagnosed my problem, ordered the correct parts and software and my PC was back in full operation in just days. Thomas is competent, friendly and deserving of your business. I really don't understand the negative comments because they are just not a true reflection of what they do or how they run a business. I highly recommend ICS!
