They are so honest about what your baby needs, what the options are and they print out an invoice before you pay so you can discuss. Beyond helpful. So glad we found our new doctor for our Nala. Also, not sure if there are more nurses but definitely ask for Marcella. She was the sweetest and so gentle while giving out 3 shots.“

“It's so nice to find a small, independent clinic with friendly, knowledgeable, professional, yet approachable veterinary staff! After my previous vet moved out of state I was on a quest to find a vet that was not a part of a huge and pricey conglomerate and provided quality care. Since my dogs are active in a variety of dog sports it's also an added bonus if the vet understands some of the challenges involved with competitive dog sports. This clinic fits those needs and then some! Dr Kayleigh Marlin is fabulous! She spent plenty of time explaining and answering questions and, since she also participates in dog sports, her knowledge in this area is exceptional. Her kind and compassionate care put my dog and myself at ease on our initial visit as she made a new friend of my boy who is eager to return to visit with his new found friend in Dr Kayleigh! Added to that, the staff was welcoming and efficient and the cost was super reasonable without unnecessary add ons! Yeah! We have found our new vet and I am thrilled that our search is over! “Years ago, I met Dr. Craig after a board-certified surgeon in San Diego abandoned a case that had a lot of complications. I did agility with my dogs and Dr. Craig was highly recommended by several people. Dr. Craig was conservative on treatment and the dog recovered. Years later, my dog needed a surgery consult and I trust Dr. Craig. Dr. Craig was very detailed and honest. Dr. Craig recommended to wait and if if the issue got worse. About 7 months later, the issue got worse so I asked a few RVTS in Temecula who they would recommend. Those RVTS recommended a mobile surgeon in San Diego and also a Veterinary Surgical Specialist. The mobile surgeon is great but he won't do this type of surgery as he told me it needs to be done at a specialty hospital due to the risk of complications. For a surgery that needs to be done by a board-certified surgeon, I would trust the mobile vet and Dr. Craig. I post an update if a surgery happens........“

“Over the years, my family has tried out every single vet clinic in Laguna, and we’ve never really felt like any of them were a fit… until now! My boyfriend and I were both getting ready to leave for weekend trips when we noticed something was wrong with our 19 y/o cat. We suspected a urinary blockage, and needed someone to check him out immediately. It was early Friday morning before LBAH had even opened when I left a voicemail letting them know we had an emergency and would be bringing our cat to their office as soon as they opened at the slightest chance that they might be able to see him before the weekend. They had no obligation to take him as he wasn’t really even a patient of theirs (they had only ever seen him for a claw trim before). They took him in without question. The staff took great care of our cat making sure he was comfortable and felt safe (shoutout to Jordyn, you’re the best!!!) and the doctor kept in contact with us throughout the day, personally giving us routine updates as they ran more tests. The front desk was also extremely accommodating and patient with us as we had to scramble to find a friend to pick him up from their office later that day. I am so grateful for the level of kindness, communication, and care that we received from LBAH staff and am thrilled to say we have finally found the vet for us!“

“I've been coming to Tustin Care Animal Hospital for about 5 1/2 years. I can't say enough about how much we really like Dr. Deena Leong and this veterinary hospital. My first encounter was a consultation for them to spay my GSD. I arrived with a long list of questions I had compiled from several veterinary professionals I know out of state and Dr. Leong answered every question to my complete satisfaction and took the time to show me around the entire hospital. My girls spay surgery and recovery was flawless. I really like that they promote "whole food diets" of raw or home cooked diets. They do have several brands of commercial pre-made that they can sell you, or they're happy to discuss alternatives with you as well. They offer Thimerosal free Rabies vaccines, and titer testing for Parvo/Distemper. They offer alternative therapies such as Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine, Canine Massage. This is truly as Holistic or Traditional an office as you want it or need it to be. Dr. Leong is so knowledgeable, patient, and kind and really makes you feel like she is your PARTNER in your pet's well-being and life. We are so lucky to have found her. I refer all my friends and neighbors to her. I manage an online Holistic pet group and I've referred many of our members to her as well.“

“I highly recommend Dr. Laura Weatherford and her team. I am a veterinary internal medicine specialist and see patients that have been treated by many veterinarians. Dr. Weatherford does a fantastic job at working her patients up and providing the appropriate recommendations and treatments. I would not hesitate to take my own pets to her.“

“Dr. Broome & his staff are all wonderful, caring & informative 'cat people'. They treated my scaredy cat Jethro for hyperthyroidism in February. He was hospitalized for about a week and the staff was wonderful taking my calls & giving me updates on how he was doing. They have a webcam so you can see for yourself how your kitty is doing. And they also have kitty tv in the kitty thyroid ward so the kitties are engaged & entertained during their stay. Jethro is doing incredibly well now! It took him a couple of months for his body to get used to his new normal. But he's doing great now! I highly recommend looking into this treatment if your kitty is diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. If your kitty is a good candidate for the treatment, you can trust you kitty with Dr. Broome!“

They invest time and give me complete information as to treatment and best plan of action. Always giving me a perfect understanding of pros VS. con in discussion making. “I called around so many places in OC for an affordable quote on pet euthanasia (without return of ashes) and South Coast Pet Hospital fit the bill. They were extremely accomodating and flexible with their schedule. Only concern is that they are so busy that on the day of the actual euthanasia it appears the front office staff was either uninformed or forgot about the appointment. I would definitely call ahead to confirm your appointments about 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to the appointment time (which is what I did). Otherwise, the doctor was very respectful throughout the whole process. We wanted to be there with my dog while the medication was being administered, and the doctor coached us through the whole thing and gave us privacy after. I would definitely come here for their other services, as a shelter we adopted our cat from uses South Coast Pet Hospital as well.“

Now I bring my reactive pup Penny, and staff has been very supportive and calm, coming to my car to provide care and offering ways to calm her and hold her for her shots.“
