“Within 45 mins of taking my request for service, Miguel and an associate arrived at the house, that was AWESOME!They diagnosed the problem as being, a clog within the toilet bowl and not what I had originally thought it would be (a clog in the line under the house! This saved me some money to fix because to have to "snake" the outside lines takes a little more time but they were able to fix the problem with an auger directly through the toilet. I really appreciated this companies honesty, as I have been hijacked by services in the past. The young guys who installed it were just so proffesional. We had a slight glitch just yesterday and they were right out. It turned out to be a minor adjustment in the pitch of the vent pipe.
