Get this...He LISTENS!! The repair was tenuous due to the nature of the location and issue and he was honest about that too. It got done with the help of Asst. M. , calmly, efficiently, without drama. These guys were terrific. Would recommend again. Call them. “Old school mom n pop vacuums and sewing repair place. Very reasonably priced. We had a 7 year old very pricey Dyson Animal + Allergy upright vacuum that was simply TOO good at sucking sh*t up...so it had microscopic dust particles deeply embedded into the cyclones (older model, before they constructed them to be easily taken apart for manual cleaning.). Before we resigned to tossing it, we had them give it a whirl and it's like a brand new vacuum again! FYI: They're a bit tech challenged, so best to have a cash backup to pay in case their phone lines are down and can't take your CC, lol“
