Josue surveyed the exterior of our house thoroughly and found several holes where rats could potentially enter, holes that were missed by a different exterminator two years prior. After blocking them and setting traps, he returned weekly to further inspect his work and dispose of any rats caught in the traps. After about 3 weeks, we didn't have any more rats.
