I recently purchased a home and when we were doing remodeling we found termites in the garage. LCS did the original inspection, but they were unable to go into the garage and do an inspection because the previous owners had a ton of boxes and furniture stored in there. When I found the termites, even though they were not liable, they came out within an hour and took care of it! It's rare these days to find companies who look out for clients. To find one that has integrity and professionalism like LCS is a breadth of fresh air! I highly recommend them and will recommend them to family and friends. Thanks LCSServices: Termite inspection
