Very bad service. The first time I was there an hour ago they talked to me very rudely. The secretary thinks she's better than the people, they didn't want to treat me, I arrived in an emergency and I had to leave that clinic to go to another. I don't know if he is a doctor, the man who came out said that if I didn't have an order, he should come back and bring it so they can treat me. Obviously I was on behalf of the company where I work, I got hurt and I never tied my name there. Rubbish people who talk bad to you. As if he did his service for free. ???
Extremely unprofessional service, I don’t see anyone getting attended, yet they’re “very busy”. Currently waiting, 3 hours for a urine screening.
All CSR could say is “it’ll be another 20 minutes” but I don’t see anyone actively being helped. I’d highly suggest you choose a different facility to avoid the “3 to 4 hour wait” as said by the receptionist. Don’t waste your time.
WORST PLACE EVER!! Do not send your employees to do their physicals or to go for Workers compensation ( work injury). Front Desk lady, has no energy, very slow. Second front desk lady looks ready to retire, bad attitude. They sent you to go back to your car and wait there, because this place is so small, they don't have a waiting room, only hallways. It is like Disneyland, they just accept and accept people without caring that the place is already filled, parking full of people waiting in their cars because no space inside. Got there at 11:45am for a physical and I left 3pm. Front desk lady said, you might be here at least 40 minutes. Hire new fresh people, people with positive attitude and energy to work. All the reviews are negative comments because that's what this place is, a negative environment.
