The staff was really great. I went for a work physical,I went as a walk in and the wait was far less than expected. The nurses were kind and the doctor asked me real questions about my health, not just a basic dr visit. Will definitely be back if I have any further health concerns.
The reviews looking into this place are so bad and I was nervous to come here for Worker's comp because i feel like they wouldn't help me out (but that's me judging this place for the reviews). Realize that a lot of the time we see bad reviews more than the good, and some people need to realize that waiting for hours is something to be expected. So far I have had a great time at Concentra, the staff I have met were great and the MD that has assessed me 2x now has been great as well! He definitely listened to what I had to say/feel. PT was a good experience too.
The staff is alright, but the doctors are like reject doctors.... Super dismissive of what you tell them you are feeling and are ready to just get you out the door so they can sit in the break room I presume. Like why even be in the profession if you don't care.... I am also speaking to the doctor in plain English and he is like oh that's no Bueno..... .bro like your a doctor not a comedian like do your job, get some gloves and feel around before just walking out on me like I'm your unwanted son bro..... This place is a joke Randy Bonds is a disgrace to the profession and should not be paid to think especially when he doesn't want to understand.... Even closed the door...read full review
