“This place is genius. I'm a hot yoga/Pilates fan and love working out in heat. This place takes it up a notch and offers infrared saunas where you can do yoga, isometrics, resistance bands, and cardio. The cardio options are great too. You can choose between cycle, sitting elliptical and rowing. There's also a weight room so if you want to workout/lift before or after your heated session, you can. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The gym is spotless and you have 24/7 access to everything. I'm extremely pleased with Hotworx.“
“Great place. I feel it helped my neck and shoulder injury pain. The staff is friendly and the acupuncturist is very professional and listens to your description of pain and tailors his treatment to your needs. I would recommend them. And I will continue to use them in my treatment plan.“
“I've taken 2 classes so far and I do love the small group as the instructors can really give you that individual attention. I have one more left in my 3-Pack new student deal and would get into a regular membership but the times offered really doesn't work out as I need a class that starts at the earliest 6:30pm. If you don't work or work in the evenings there are tons of day classes available. I do recommend P6.“

“Madelyn may be little but powerful!!. She covers from your toes to your head. I go many tine in pain from my fibromyalgia but aafter class.. im not focising on the pain.m,aybe glad i survived!!!… lol.. but really shes great!“
