“Had great experience with Ace Garage repair team. I reported it pretty late in the day but were able to send in a technician within few hours. Alex was the technician who fixed door . He quickly identified the problem and got going with his work. He knowledgeable, efficient and cleaned the floor after his work. He stayed back for another good 10 mins to reconfigure the y on my phone and car to open the garage door.

“We worked with Bojan and his team over the last several months. We spent a good amount of time researching installers and landed on European Hardwood Floors. They were not only the most professional but also the most reasonably priced of the reputable installers. Our saga to procure the flooring we actually wanted was long and so we wanted to be very certain that we found the best to install it. We interviewed 5 other professionals and ultimately we landed on EHF. We had lots of concerns and Boyan met all of them. Im sure we were at least as particular as the average customer if not much more :) He addressed all of our needs and concerns. As for the installation, his team did an amazing job. The attention to detail was top notch. They did the work while we were out of town but as far as I can tell they handled everything just as if we had been there the whole time. As well the house and floors were left very clean considering how much work was done. As well they did some additional work on trim that wasnt part of the initial job but that needed to be done for continuity and they did unprompted at no extra cost. Lastly the work was done in the time estimated for the cost estimated. I will definitely use them again in the future.“

“I contacted this company because my fiancé and I want to refinish our hardwood floors but it can be pricy especially for people on a budget like us so we thought we would DIY 1 room ourself to see if we could do it to save some money. I wanted some advice besides YouTube videos I've watched so I called top knot flooring and I believe I spoke to mike the owner and asked if he would give us some advice on how to do our floors. I was surprised with the amount of knowledge he gave us because I was sure he would just want us to hire him instead to make some money but it was the total opposite. “We spoke with three flooring companies that just didn’t feel right for various reasons before we met Ryan from Just Floor It and hired them to remove our carpets and install LVP. The company name is fitting, as they completed our entire house in 6 days including baseboards and paint and drove to South Lake Tahoe from Reno and back each day. These guys are artists and after looking over the entire house, I would characterize their work as flawless. After the first two days, I also trusted their installers with a key to our home, which I never do. I’ve gone through several remodels over the years, and this is the ideal experience. You can add on services to your estimate such as moving furniture for you, painting the baseboards, and I imagine more. These guys made life easy when it mattered most.“

“Had a small (250 sq ft) kitchen and laundry room laminate floor replaced due to water damage with new LVT (luxury vinyl tile - looks like stone) through Costco. The bid was about the same as others we got but less when the Costco discounts were applied. The old laminate material (25 yrs) was made from wood so a large spill seeped into the seams and caused it to swell, lifting the edges. Other than that the old floor was still in great shape (too bad I had to replace it). The new material is waterproof so we won't have that problem again. The top layer has ground stone I was told so harder than the old material. They ran out of the product we wanted so we had to wait a month but it did come back in stocks. Salesperson was good (Zach) and installers were great (Hector & Pedro) - easy to work with, and did a quality job. It took 2 days since my small kitchen hand a lot of little nooks, which took extra time to fit the flooring. I had to do actual work disconnecting dishwasher and removing partitions between washer & dryer and Hector was good to work with. Hector has 7 years of experience so he has seen many problems and knows how to deal with them. He and his helper moved the appliances and some furniture carefully. They removed and replaced the baseboard carefully so I didn't have much touchup painting to do at all. The were even able to reuse the matching cabinet 1/4 round floor trim pieces. The jobsite was left clean. There can always be problems/issue/STRESS with remodeling of any kind and this one was a smooth transaction overall.“
