“I love hardwood floors, so I wanted to have the carpet removed in the 2 upstairs bedrooms, hallway, and stairs and have the original hardwood floor refinished. I almost cried when I saw the condition of the floor after removing some of the carpet. The house was built in 1954 and previous owners had abused the floor. It had water staining (pet accidents?), paint splotches everywhere, and various other unidentified stains. I thought it might be beyond repair. In the hallway, it was only plywood. Jonathon assured me he had seen worse and his crew went to work. After 3.5 days of sanding, replacing wood in some areas, and refinishing, it was like magic. WOW! The floor looked amazing (see attached before and after photos). I was so happy, because it was exactly what I had originally imagined. Now I don't even want to put the furniture back because I don't want to cover the floor! Besides doing great work, the crew was punctual, friendly and polite, respectful of my house, and cleaned up thoroughly at the end.“

“I initially emailed a number of Hunter Douglas suppliers in the area to help with some blinds I wanted to fix. The Floortex team, particularly Mechele, was incredibly responsive and helpful. I was able to get all my blinds sent back to the manufacturer and fixed within weeks. Would recommend!“

“I've been meaning to do a post about Top Knot Flooring in Walnut Creek. They are owned and operated by a wonderful man named Mike. Mike did an incredibly thorough review of the proposed job to ensure the accuracy of his detailed estimate. They recently installed luxury vinyl plank floors in about 1200 sq. ft. of our home, and they did a phenomenal job!! Mike's crew had to replace all the underlying plywood and clean up a terrible mess left by the prior contractor who had done ceramic tile for us. Top Knot finished in a week and Mike's team worked tirelessly and carefully. They did their best to clean up at the end of each work day and carefully helped us move all our stuff back inside. They even helped us put felt pads on the bottom of furniture that could potentially scratch the floors. We felt their work product was a great value for the money we spent and are very happy with how everything turned out. I can't say enough good things about them!!“

“We spoke with three flooring companies that just didn’t feel right for various reasons before we met Ryan from Just Floor It and hired them to remove our carpets and install LVP. The company name is fitting, as they completed our entire house in 6 days including baseboards and paint and drove to South Lake Tahoe from Reno and back each day. These guys are artists and after looking over the entire house, I would characterize their work as flawless. After the first two days, I also trusted their installers with a key to our home, which I never do. I’ve gone through several remodels over the years, and this is the ideal experience. You can add on services to your estimate such as moving furniture for you, painting the baseboards, and I imagine more. These guys made life easy when it mattered most.“
