“Ramiro and Ismael did a great job on installing new furnace and duct work. They kept us in loop the whole time on our preferences for ducts and more. Michael was our project coordinator and he was available the whole time whenever we need him for questions or such. He also explained a lot before starting the job so we can make informed decision on what we want.“

Get this...He LISTENS!! The repair was tenuous due to the nature of the location and issue and he was honest about that too. It got done with the help of Asst. “What great service all around. Found out my air conditioner stopped working and it was 10pm on a Saturday night. They were able to come on a Sunday at 2pm. Diagnosed and repaired in 70 minutes. David was very nice and poor guy had to work in the attic for about 40 minutes. It was 97 outside, so much hotter in the attic. My transformer and fuse to the furnace (which is connected to the AC connections outside). House is only 6 years, so I was praying for a 'repair' bill and not a 'replace' bill. Very thankful it was a repair. I will recommend on my Facebook Tracy Rants and Rave page too. Thanks again David. Feels so nice and cool now and both of the cats are much happier too.“

“Old school mom n pop vacuums and sewing repair place. Very reasonably priced. We had a 7 year old very pricey Dyson Animal + Allergy upright vacuum that was simply TOO good at sucking sh*t up...so it had microscopic dust particles deeply embedded into the cyclones (older model, before they constructed them to be easily taken apart for manual cleaning.). Before we resigned to tossing it, we had them give it a whirl and it's like a brand new vacuum again! FYI: They're a bit tech challenged, so best to have a cash backup to pay in case their phone lines are down and can't take your CC, lol“

“Ken was professional, quick and clean. I purchased a standing freezer which for whatever reason had two compressors go out within 2 years. Both times Aries came in diagnosed the problem and came back in about a week to make the repair. The problem is not always the technician, it's the complexity of the appliance and the lack of technicians coming into the business. Technicians are not magicians and do not just wave a magic wand to make a diagnosis or a repair. The newer an appliance the more complex it can be and the more you pay for an appliance that can do a lot of things the more that can go wrong. My experience was great, but it could have been bad at no fault of the technician.“
