The phone was answered by the owner of the company, Shane, who was both personable and actually listened. Giovanni arrived on time about an hour later , and was professional, easy to talk to ,and explained everything before he did it and why. He used a camera and hydrojet to diagnose and clear my drain. “I had a crazy flood in one of my apartment units at 10:30 am. I called about 10 plumbers, none of them responded except Jimmy Patino. He immediately gave us the time frame in which he would arrive, and sure enough, he promptly came to my apartment. He was highly efficient with his diagnosis and knew exactly what the issue was. Within minutes, he stopped the leakage, identified the issue and kindly explained what was going on. I have never been more pleased with a plumbing service and I am in Jimmy Parino’s debt. 1000000% recommend their service.“

“like another reviewer, our apartment building has had nothing but ISSUES….we’ve had our kitchen sink filling up with nasty water with food, harmful cleaning products, general nastiness MULTIPLE times. we have a young infant whose bottles and my pump parts i keep in our sink so tell me why i woke up to both sides of my kitchen sink filled to the very top with my baby’s bottle parts floating in this truly digusting, foul water!!! the day before memorial day!!! and of course the complex maintainance sent me to voicemail via the emergency number?

however! today, after the regular maintainance guy came with a snake too short, the management called out advanced plumbing solutions who sent us andrew asap and he did an incredible job. fixed it, cleaned up after himself, was very kind and accomodating with my young baby having to nap and he was incredibly cautious about making noise. luckily my baby will sleep through the shop vac lol! andrew was awesome, chatted with us/kept us company while he worked and fixed the issue with the quickness!

“So, again it was Jeremy to the rescue with my water heater! Thought it was dead and he was out within the hour to figure out that the pilot had been blown out most likely due to a bubble in the gas line. However, the tank hadn't be serviced since it was installed 5 years earlier by him and needed maintenance badly. So, he leaves without any charge to return two days later to flush and clean up the two tanks! I am now back on track, learning my lesson about annual maintenance, which I will then be calling Jeremy back to keep these tanks operating smoothly!
